“Really good product as I was initially sceptical due to lack of info... In a pack are 5 "Bricks", each one can easily be broken in to three, you don't have to chuck the whole piece. Burns well and good heat output. Will purchase again”

“the quality of the crated wood is very good however the pallets and the crates (although intended as only single use} are barely strong enough for the task and sometimes compromise the delivery.”

“No problem with the delivery, The crate was deposited where requested, slightly disappointed that a number of smaller , kindling type pieces were to be found in the middle of the stack, which obviously burnt much quicker.”

“Hardwood heat logs are long burning with minimum ash. Full birch pallet appears smaller than others purchased. Excellent delivery, placing both pallets inside a garage where all previous deileries have failed.”

“The wood was dry, clean, of uniform length and thickness...ideal for my size of stove. It burns well with low ash content. It was delivered well stacked in a frame on a pallet & plastic sheeted, so shower proof if required. The frame has provided enough kindling for at least 2 months fires...price was lower than most competitors... I would recommend”

“Good service came well packed on a pallet. However a bit disappointed as there was a lot of small kindling size wood and some rotten wood, not what I imagined an oak log delivery would be like. I will use this service again and have recommended it to two friends who have gone ahead and ordered.”

“The log store was exactly as pictured and very pleased with it. I did find though that the roof batterns had been nailed to the feather board the wrong way round for the angles on the end. I had to remove the batterns and flip over and then align the feather board. This was a bit disappointing considering you pay for it to be cut and part assembled.”

“since the first time I placed an order I've always been a fan of luxury woods products. 99% of my order has been net-bagged kiln dried ash wood and it was nearly always very good. BUT EVERY TIME i ordered loose/crate kiln dried ash it was for sure NOT THE SAME QUALITY. maybe because if it on sale or something. my last loose delivery was probably the worst as there was a lot of tiny, knotty and other scrappy pieces of wood (all ash ?) which I definitely would not class as logs. looks as if i will stick to nets when definitely ordering next time. and ordering again i will”

“Lovely dry logs and the way they were packaged and wheeled into the garage was great. My only problem is that they stated the log length was 25cm, this is the maximum size my wood burner will take but a lot of the logs are 30cm plus so therefore I am going to have to cut a lot down in order for them to fit my fire. I ordered them as I thought the length stated was accurate but unfortunately a lot of mine are bigger.”

“Very good service I emailed company to find out when delivery was and they got back to me very quickly with a day delivery driver was also very helpful and put the logs up to my side gate.quility of logs was also quite good although there were a few small ones in the centre of the pallet but there ok for getting the fire going very pleased will definitely buy again.”

“I wanted 2 grade A 8ft x 8inch x 4inch sleepers and 8 grade 2ft x 8inch x 4inch sleepers. Luxury Wood said that they had no 8 ft sleepers but could offer 16 2ft sleepers at a much higher price. I needed them quickly so I bought. Quality and delivery service very good.”

“Driver ok but not quite as helpful as previously but not all his fault as the crate was poor quality and falling too pieces. Hopefully back to normal next time This minor issue fully resolved by a small goodwill discount off my next order”
