“Good wood. Good driver. Unfortunately did not manage to get wood to back garden. First time pallet lifter not working and second time it would not fit under pallet sideways. Probably not buy again because of this.”

“Very pleased with the ash logs not so with a dilivery charge because I stay in Edinburgh. Have come across another online company offering the same product useing the same haulage company who offer free delivery. I'm considering giving them a try.”

“Really pleased with the pergola we brought . Great quality and fairly easy to assemble. Delivery within the time scale . Reason for four stars instead of five is because there was no communication about the delivery ! Came home from work and found it dumped on the drive ! No email or phone call to arrange delivery. Luckily nothing was missing and nothing was damaged .”

“Delivered on the day and called before to ensure I was home and access was available. Logs well packed in sturdy crate which had I had better access I would have used and an instant "Free" log store.”

“Wood is fine but the delivery failed to follow instructions to the letter and left the crate in the drive blocking vehicle movement. The previous delivery was fine.”

“Generally good, let down by an excessive amount of thin chips, splintered pieces and bark pieces in the crate. The logs burn very well. Delivery was the wrong day and the pallet base was damaged making it very difficult to remove from the delivery vehicle - probably the fault of the carriers though.”

“Honest firewood. Usually good dry wood that burns well. Some smaller logs, which I appreciate, and some a little too big for my device but splitting them is part of the fun and keeps you warm. Delivered as promised. In other words, you get what is offered. This time I went for grade B Ash. It was sold as having higher moisture content and this was made clear by Luxury Wood. It is too wet for my device and it does not burn so well. I will season it over the summer and all will be well.”

“No complaints about the wood - excellent quality but the delivery contractors they use are not the best. Despite having had large removal lorries, builders merchant lorries all successfully negotiating our drive, the wood delivery lorry has failed on all occasions. We've ended up having the good will of our neighbours to use their driveway and wheel barrowing the wood to our wood shed.”

“The plus sides are that the product is good, the prices are competitive and some of the staff are helpful in handling enquiries. The downside is that some staff can be condescending and deliberately unhelpful.”
