“Great service from start to finish - booking was easy, delivery choices given and the chosen slot was honoured exactly. The product itself is excellent and came well packaged and rain-proofed with extra free items (firelighters, kindling and a gas lighter) thrown in!. Will definitely be using again.”

“easy ordering and quick delivery. free kindling and lighter a very thoughtful touch. excellent wood that burns beautifully and hardly leaves any ash making cleaning up with a hoover very easy. highly recommended wood”

“The logs are easy to order and easy to light and enjoy. Service could be improved though: the bags of logs were delivered on such a flimsy pallet that off-loading them from the lorry and moving them into the store took ages. A pity.”

“The whole process was great. Communication was good and they helped with contact with the delivery driver. The only problem was that the delivery man said the pallet had been too big and had to be split and a couple of bags were damaged as the load was transferred onto a cheap pallet that broke.”

“The straw pellets were delivered by very nice driver, no delays in delivery. However when stacking the bags, 10 out of 65 were not sealed properly at the top and pellets were coming out when we moved the bags, we had to tape over them to stop more escape. The straw pellets were much darker than straw pellets I have bought from other suppliers in the past and darker than the picture shown on your website. What type of straw is this? Certainly not wheat straw! They do not absorb wet as quickly as other makes of straw bedding. I did enquire about them being used for horse bedding and was assured they can be used for that. Won't be buying again.”

Dear Linda - these are wheat straw pellets however we were not aware of any broken bags. We will be in touch as you may be entitled to compensation for this.

“my order was delivered and placed in my chosen location by a friendly delivery driver ,however my free bundle of kindling and lighters was not on board ,after a call to your customer service department I was assured that it would be supplied with my next order ,this is fine by me and I shall be making another order with you in the near future ,many thanks best regards Bridget”

“Bought combo pallet of Heatlogs, peat and half crate of kiln dried ash. Very happy with the product, and the £20 freebie of kindling, firelighters and lighter. Delivery chap was very helpful and we manhandled what was a rapidly collapsing pallet/crate up the driveway and into position. Chopped up pallet / crate and it made excellent kindling! One star dropped due to inability to deliver outside Mon-Fri, 9-5. We both work so even a more accurate indication of WHEN on a particular day would help, but depot were very reluctant to do so.”
