“Bought combo pallet of Heatlogs, peat and half crate of kiln dried ash. Very happy with the product, and the £20 freebie of kindling, firelighters and lighter. Delivery chap was very helpful and we manhandled what was a rapidly collapsing pallet/crate up the driveway and into position. Chopped up pallet / crate and it made excellent kindling! One star dropped due to inability to deliver outside Mon-Fri, 9-5. We both work so even a more accurate indication of WHEN on a particular day would help, but depot were very reluctant to do so.”

“Both the ash and the oak were cut and split slightly larger than that I have previously bought from suppliers and that is just what I wanted.”

“Quick delivery, good customer service and a very good product. I didn't give 5* because they now add a surcharge to deliveries to the Highlands which they haven't done before and other suppliers don't do. Sadly I will have to reconsider my future supplier out of principle for this reason. LWC might want to shop around themselves for another haulier with no surcharge?”

“Ordered two bags of bark. Both bags were full and uncontaminated and of consistent quality so I was very pleased. Regarding delivery - I was a rung to arrange a delivery time but actual delivery was one hour early. Fortunately I was in so could arrange for a convenient place to deposit them. The bags arrive on a palette which is moved on a trolley with small wheels so they can only be moved on hard surfaces - hence not on lawns or gravel, which is made clear on the website. You are left with a bag and palette for each item.”

“Delivery was on time, exactly as ordered, cheaper than last year, made me think of cosy evenings through the winter - actually we've already started having the stove on in the evenings since the change of the seasons ????”

“Excellent service. Haven't burnt any of the wood yet (though it's getting just about cold enough to start!) but it looks excellent - exactly as described and the delivery was extremely efficiently organised. Also very well packaged to keep the rain off until we were able to transfer it into its winter storage place. Many thanks.”
