“Ordered by phone. Delivered on the day I wanted. Very nice and helpful delivery driver. The quantity is good. The quality is excellent. When you knock two pieces together there is a lovely ring because the wood is so dry. Would not hesitate to buy again. Well worth paying extra for kiln dried.”

“Wood is fine but the delivery failed to follow instructions to the letter and left the crate in the drive blocking vehicle movement. The previous delivery was fine.”

“Generally good, let down by an excessive amount of thin chips, splintered pieces and bark pieces in the crate. The logs burn very well. Delivery was the wrong day and the pallet base was damaged making it very difficult to remove from the delivery vehicle - probably the fault of the carriers though.”

“Logs arrive in acceptable time frame. Again though, too many small cuttings placed in the middle of the crate where you cant see when receiving.”

“The bark mulch was excellent, but the delivery process was a shambles (for the second year running). I agreed a date for delivery, stayed in all day, having confirmed the delivery by phone the day before and the morning delivery was due. But it didn’t arrive and no one let me know. The following morning, when I complained, I was promised it would be delivered that day before 1.00pm. I phoned again at 11.00am to double check and was assured it was on its way and would be there by 1.00pm. It hadn’t arrived by 1.30pm and I had to leave for work. I found the lorry round the corner, with the driver sitting in the cab listening to the radio. He said he dudn’t Even know it was due by 1.00pm.”

“All the products are excellent quality and service first class. Unfortunately the high delivery charge-£29.95 for my area may deter me from ordering again. Especially as just 2 miles away in a different postcode the charge is £12.95.”
