“Quality of merchandise excellent. Delivery firm a disaster .. first attempt abandoned as driver unable to negotiate the drive unlike numerous drivers have successfully previously. Second attempt was successful but with collateral damage to our 5 bar gate, much chuntering by the driver in a smaller vehicle only to leave the pallet in the most inconvenient position. We will not be using you again sadly ..”

“only problem was with an awkward driver employed by EVANS TRANSPORT. delivery day was slightly foggy [visibility more than 300m] and driver refused to complete the delivery because he couldn't see the branches of some overhanging trees. luxury wood company will now only send small loads/deliveries even though we regularly have 18T lorries delivering here.”

“Kiln dried logs for my wood burner were delivered within a few days and they are excellent They were delivered on a pallet and the delivery driver put them into my garage exactly where I asked him to. Many thanks for an excellent product and service.”

“Fantastic quality & dry oak / wood, wooden crate well sealed from the weather, so stays dry in the crate, no gaps on stacking, so crate full! Fair do’s ‘Owens’ courier had electric pallet truck, so placed it exactly where requested up a small incline, which previous deliveries failed. You only get what u pay for, excellent value from LWC, as always”

“Good online service. Good product. Don't like the new crate shape. The old 80cm deep crate was much less intrusive. Not happy to have had zero warning of when the crate was delivered, fortunately we were in.”
