“We bought a crate of hardwood oak but some were other hardwood. Logs were contaminated with dried soil and dirt and weren’t as dry as expected. There was mould on them where they had been exposed to damp and they hissed quite a bit as they were burning. Logs were generally a good size overall. Delivery was prompt and efficient.”

“very good quality wood pellets at a competitive price, please consider using an alternative delivery company to Menies in the highlands. M&H carriers and Caledonian Logistics are better for pallet deliveries”

“Easy ordering. Prompt delivery. Crate left exactly as requested. I wanted a half crate as storage is at a premium but was told none were available despite being advertised on the website.”

“We have recently moved into a converted stable, where we absolutely rely on a large wood-burner to heat the living space. We have been customers of the Luxury Wood Co for a number of years and find their products to be completely 'first-class' quality and their prompt deliveries vital to our peace-of-mind.”
