I am sorry that you are unhappy with the Cushion. I have looked at your order and I can see no notes so not sure if you have reported the errors had you done so we would have replaced the item.

“Oh dear. I ordered a celebration book of a day 50 years ago for friends Golden Anniversay. The next thing I heard a week later was an email asking if it was good. I replied that I hadn’t received it, I had another email the next day asking the same thing. It still hadn’t arrived.
Nobody contacted me to say they were trying to trace it. A week later I received an email from pay pal to say I had received a refund for the amount that I had paid. No explanation. I telephoned the gift experience to be told they could not send a replacement as they had no papers of that particular day. I now only had five days to arrange another gift to be posted to my friend. I told the lady that I would never use gift experience again. She didn’t seem that bothered!”
“The list of things for two people to do included the London Beatles tour. This was the only one that appealed so we tried to book it. Turns out it was an error as it was for one person not two. However as it was the Gift Experiences error they were prepared to honour it, but in the end it as a nightmare to book. We had to contact the mobile phone of the person organising the tour which was easier said than done. We needed dates available but we're told we couldn't have any and I stead submit by email what days we could come and they'd let us know which ones were available. In the end we've said its not worth the hassle, we already can't stand the experience we've had so far and so to guarantee no further disappointment we are just going leave it and not bother with any of it.”
“I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail of my order. I had to ring up to check. It was supposed to take three working days for delivery but took five, also on opening the book the sticker with the greeting on was not on straight. Due to these reasons I will not be ordering anything more from your company.”

Dear Karen we do not state that it would be Delivered within 24 hours we State that it will be Despatched within 24 hours which is completely different.
