Very disappointed with the quality of the candles, u could see where the stickers were of the photos and also not straight and could easily peel them off not worth the money at all

Bad service! I have been waiting three weeks now for my order that still hasn’t been delivered. My gift was for a friends 30th wedding anniversary which has now passed, including the celebrations. It’s now going to be embarrassing when I do give them their personalised girl. I will not be using this service again and would not recommend anyone who had celebrations in the upcoming month! Shambles!

Awful. I bought these for my partner for valentines day, they looked great on arrival but after just a few hours of wear they started to bobble. After the first wash the personalisation somehow had a dark stamp mark around it. I expected more for £19 in total. I wouldn't recommend.

I purchased the engagement cushion and had it personalised, I received it in the same week as when ordered, upon opening I saw it was the same size as a normal sized cushion very well patterned and personalised, I would recommend this as a gift.

Ordered a birthday newspaper and ended up with a magazine (similar to a supplement). Really disappointed as this was to be a 70th birthday gift, I had to return it as it was not what I ordered.

The promised gift did not include the name of rose certificate nor my personal message. She was refused information when she called to see who sent it. It was a rip off

I ordered a cushion for Christmas delivery from my children to their grandparents, the cushion arrived but it was the wrong one, actually someone else’s even the the invoice in the box was correct! I attempted to ring at 4.30pm on the Friday before Christmas but no answer even though you were supposed to open until 5.30pm. Very disappointed at the poor service. Steve Atkinson

Order a personalised Mug on the 11th December 2017. It is currently the 31st December as of now and still I have not received my item.

My order, Name a Rose was dispatched Dec 13th and on the 29 th still not received.... Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present for my wife...

Had to contact customer services to check about delivery even though it was first class took over 2 weeks, no apology at all from customer services. Overpriced for what it was, my advice go else where not value for money! Will have to get a simaliar item now as well
