“It's a con, I missed the road name on my address, customer service is rubish, not helpful at all post office has said it's been sent back to the gift experience, but the gift experience have denied this. So I have no gift and they still have my money....”
I am sorry that you are unhappy with our service, I can assure you it is not a Con. We deal with hundreds of orders per day and processes are automated and not checked by a human. We send a confirmation email out when items are ordered and this gives you the chance to check the details and then tell us of any changes. As soon as Royal Mail return the item to us we will contact you. Customer Services Manager

I am sorry that you have not received the Voucher by Email. I believe you have today contacted Customer Services who have organised another to be sent.
