“I ordered my gift as a Christmas present for my mother. She's unfortunately very ill this year and I wanted to cheer her up with a personalized funny bauble as she loves Christmas. There was no option to edit the photo once uploaded, so I had to trust the picture would be centralized. When it arrived, half the face was missing. Surely, quality control would be able to tell this would be unsatisfactory. I was very disappointed and did not have time to replace gift”

I am sorry you were not happy with the product. I have searched all of our emails and can find no correspondence from you. You also ordered two items from us so I do not know which one you mean unless you are thinking of another supplier.

“Ordered three baubles, they all had individual pictures on had them gift wrapped for Xmas for peoples loved ones. They sent two with the same pictures. One disappointed friend with a bauble with not her picture she should have had! I opened one to check it thinking well the other one has to be the second one I ordered! How wrong was I l. No identification on the boxes to see which one is which! Poor service.”

“If the item gets lost by delivery service they hide behind the delivery company to claim back the items which means at Christmas time an extra 10 days wait before sending replacements. It's 5 days after they sent the replacement and still not here. I doubt I get my items at all!!!! Not pleased at all with their services as they used the same delivery company and my items will not be at the destination before Christmas! Will never buy again from them!”

“Buying an anniversary gift using this company and web site was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Order was not received due to house number being missing. Websites normally request your postcode and you pick your address from drop down. Paying by PayPal they also have your address from this. However package was returned as undelivered due to missing house number. They refused to redeliver unless I paid another £3.99 postage despite issues with their website and they took no responsibility. If I refused to pay extra postage then I was losing my payment and would have nothing to show for it. Best advise to all buy elsewhere.”
