“order wasn't what was expected. picture on website deceiving. description said might be slightly different but was totally different. if was going to send something not like the picture feel they shld've contacted me via email with a pic of what they were sending see if suitable to our requirements but they didn't. when calling to discuss it they wouldn't refund money or send replacement or take back the item to redo in someway. won't be ordering from this comany again”

I am sorry you are unhappy with the item. I have checked back and looked at the emails and we responded to the first one we have which was 10th Nov and we responded on that day. We do not respond just because someone might place a review somewhere, which I have looked for and I am unable to find. Once again sorry you did not like the product.

Our lovely card we picked out for my husbands parents 45th Wedding anniversary on 8/08/17 for 12th never was sent - another customers card was sent from some-one else! I did not find this out until I asked my sister- in law whether they got the card as we had not heard anything? They got a card with a photo of a couple from Gemma? We were told! oh so I contacted the company who just sent the card again on 22/08/17- no hampers or apologies to the recipient were offered. Now our card was 10 days late! No good to us!”
