“I purchased the engagement cushion and had it personalised, I received it in the same week as when ordered, upon opening I saw it was the same size as a normal sized cushion very well patterned and personalised, I would recommend this as a gift.”
“Ordered a birthday newspaper and ended up with a magazine (similar to a supplement). Really disappointed as this was to be a 70th birthday gift, I had to return it as it was not what I ordered.”

“I ordered a cushion for Christmas delivery from my children to their grandparents, the cushion arrived but it was the wrong one, actually someone else’s even the the invoice in the box was correct! I attempted to ring at 4.30pm on the Friday before Christmas but no answer even though you were supposed to open until 5.30pm.
Very disappointed at the poor service.

“Had to contact customer services to check about delivery even though it was first class took over 2 weeks, no apology at all from customer services. Overpriced for what it was, my advice go else where not value for money! Will have to get a simaliar item now as well”
“Ordered our item (personalised mug) on 27 Nov then had to chase it on 17 Dec as it had not arrived. GE said they would send another out but still not arrived. Will soon be too late fit Christmas present.”
