Delivery was late despite paying for first class service.

The photo frame was lovely very nice quality really pleased with it. Unfortunately the engraving was very poor quality. I felt disappointed as it was very faint you could hardly see it and it looked cheap.

Very pleased with the album, but not very happy with the length of time taken for delivery. Ordrered 3.00 pm on 1/4/2015 and delivered 2.30 pm on 14/4/2015.

The bracelet is fantastic and scores very good. The presentation box scores very poor. Unfortunately the box had a rather unpleasant damp smell inside. The outside looked as though it had been used before. The personalised badge was not stuck on very well. I had to rectify these faults prior to wrapping and giving as a present.

I have checked your order and there are no notes to say that you contacted customer services. Had you have contacted them they would have replaced the box for you Apologies that you were disappointed.

Delivery was surprisingly quick, however this was at the detriment of quality control - 2 of the items were not to standard, 1 was damaged and the other had very poor quality engraving. When I called them, I had to take photos and email them. Once this was done, they quickly arranged replacements. The service to replace the items was good, but this could all have been avoided if the items had simply been quality checked before packing.

As usual, the item (an etched tree decoration - personalised) was easily ordered on a good website, arrived in good time and was well packaged. Unfortunately, the fabric presentation pouch which should have accompanied it, wasn't there, so the item was not complete and not as described, which was surprising and a little disappointing.

I really liked this product. There were some issues with delivery but it was Christmas. Also the part of the product fell off. Overall I think it would be better if people knew roundabout when their product will arrive

The engraved vase was despatched promptly and was adequately packaged. However it was not clean and also I would have preferred the engraving to be slightly larger.

he actual service was fine but I feel like I've been bombarded with emails ever since and so have ended up listing them as spam mail, and unsubscribing. I don't think I'll use them again.

Slightly disappointed in the overall quality of the box, expected a little more for £29 excluding postage. Would have been happy if had cost less & then would have been value for money.

Review score would have been higher but for the last minute delivery of 1 of the items on the order we placed, the nerve racking wait to see if it would arrive in time has made us drop the score

On my lst order, I ordered 2 items. Once came the very next day (I was delighted). The other had a 10 day delivery......it is now 22 days later and I still haven't received my item (a personalised Disney frozen book). Hence I am very disappointed.

The first set of engraved cutlery I got was poorly done but they said they'd replace the knife as it was the worst. The knife I received had been engraved in a different font and size. I complained again and the sent me a whole new set which was engraved properly. But it arrived three days too late for me to give it to my best friend's little girls on her first birthday. The customer services team did their best and were very helpful but I shouldn't have had all that trouble in the first place.

I purchased a personalised, engraved, shiny silver, picture frame; the frame was fine and of good quality but the engraving was not "filled in" and was therefore difficult to read without picking up the frame and moving it into the best lighting possible. The frame was a present for my Mother's 95th birthday; and I think she will find the engraving difficult to see; I was a bit dissapointed with the purchase,

I would put 5 starts if it wasn't for the huge delay that my purchase was dispatched. On the website there is wrote 3 to 5 working days and nothing else. When is an order for abroad the website need to write down that it could be dispatch over 21 days. I've bought a gift for my best friend's wedding that cane 4 days later on the wedding also if i had done the order more than 2 weeks earlier! Everything else amazing but the cuatomers need to know what can happen if you use airmail!

Sorry that your parcel arrived late. We do state in in our Delivery Section that goods outside the UK will take longer than those stated against each product. Regards Customer Services Manager

I did have an issue with miss information on the first order then when the order arrived it was incorrect im still waiting for the correct order to come but the girls have been very good at keeping in contact and sound lovely so it's making it worth while
