I have purchased many times with Gift Experiance and have always been very pleased. Alas ! This year I sent for a gift for our friends sons 18 th birthday, receiving it on time but I' m afraid with no printed card, a little late now for his day I called and asked if this could be sent,on receiving them "yes two" in 2 separate Huge envelopes " your cost" and sad to say nothing like described on your website. I then sent for four gift vouchers for a 2 night stay in hotels for our four sons and their wives for Xmas, on receiving them , there was included a voucher for a driving Experiance which I had not ordered. On speaking with a member of your staff she hastely cancelled it. I hope to purchase from your site in the future,just letting you know that all these silly mistakes are costing you money.

I ordered the personalised Pint Glass, and in their photo it says John's pint and in the personalisation it only asked for a name so I assumed it would automatically add the "'s Pint" but it didn't. The rest of checkout was easy and I got an email confirmation on the order but there was no dispatch email so it left me guessing as to when it would arrive, but it did so within the time estimated during checkout. The outside box was damaged when it arrived but thanks to good packing the giftbox and Glass I ordered was in perfect condition.

easy to purchase the gift , but to organise the over night stay , was not easy. have still not had confirmation.

I ordered a bottle of personalised port for my dad's 80th birthday. Unfortunately, it arrived after his birtbday...the next day...which was very disappointing. I assumed I would receive an email telling me when it was due to arrive...I didnt but fortunately my daughter was at home to receive it. Also, the labelling was not brilliant...there were several bubbles under it and a small crease which I managed to smooth out to an acceptable standard. I was loathe to return it as I had already been unable to gjve it to him on his actual birthday.

I don't know if i'd buy this again. Quality was ok but i think after a wash it would look rather old.

I was actually quite disappointed with my buy from Gift Experience. I ordered a Anniversary clock. The clock arrived on time and well packaged. The appearance was as shown on the site. It did not come with batteries. It was obviously a gift so I thought I would install batteries and be sure it was in working order before presenting it to my son and his wife. Good thing that I did. Although the clock was ticking the hands on the dial did not move. I wonder how many people have given these clocks to a couple as a Anniversary gift without checking if they were working ?? There was not any return labels or return instructions in with the clock. I had to contact the company by email. They responded with instructions to "return it by the cheapest means possible at my own expense and they would refund all costs once they had the clock back". I actually thought they might have emailed a postage paid return label, lots of companies do these days. The postage and cost of the clock was refunded. However I did not have a clock and spent quite a bit of time sorting out the return, so quite disappointed. My advice, test the clock before giving it as a gift, it might not be working.

I was a little disappointed with the quality of the product, which I thought looked better online than in reality; the cushion/material was a little bit 'tacky' if I am being honest. The item purchased was not expensive, so perhaps my expectations were too high, but I would not purchase from thais website again, based on my one and only experience. On a positive note the item arrived very efficiently and was packaged well.

after a delivery cock up at the very beginning,things turned out fine in the end,very pleased with the quality of the gift,and the gift wrap and packaging was very good.

The gifts I ordered are great. Unfortunately the delivery company you use are not so good. I paid for next day delivery and they turned up the day after I ask why and they said it was just unluck. Poor if you ask me. Change your delivery company !!!!

I was initially disappointed when the graduation photo album arrived with the misspelled first name after looking forward in giving it to my daughter as a gift . Then having to return it, I was pleased with the speed with getting the replacement with the correct spelling. It is indeed a lovely album but the pleasure and excitement of giving the gift to my daughter was spoiled.

The clock was lovely but was ordered for a 50th anniversary and was promised to be delivered in 24hours. It did not come in time and therefore I did not have a present on the day. Ordered on a Wednesday but did not come until the following Monday.

Item (personalised 40th Wedding Anniversary Photo Album) was delivered on time. However I did not think it was particularly good value for money. The personalisation was just a stuck on piece of card. The presentation box it came in was nice but expensive for what it was.

Have purchased a stuffed animal sheep with personalised t-shirt and personalised pillow cases. The stuffed animal sheep is really cute, however I was a bit disappointed at the t-shirt. The proportions of the sheep in the pictures on the website are different, and in reality the head of the sheep was covering part of the picture on the t-shirt. It was covering the head of the people in the picture and looked really odd, so had to pay an additional £6 to get a new t-shirt. The pillow cases are nice enough but have a yellow sheen on the back due to the printing of the letters. With both items, I have the impression that the website sells really lovely and original items but the finish is a disappointment... it lacks attention to detail to be a super star service. Including the packaging, the items came loose in a cardboard box, it would be nice if they came in some wrapping so they don't get covered in the brown cardboard dust.

Although the tshirt was lovely,the way it was packaged was very disappointing.No bag or wrapping-just in a padded envelope and had a couple of tiny dirty marks on it.

The gift was lovely and the couple were really pleased with such a unique gift. It was purchased for a diamond wedding anniversary and my only compliant is how long it took to arrive

My order was delivered in 2 parts, 2 weeks apart so half was late... So that wasn't good. But the products were as promised

Dear Jane, I am so sorry you had a problem with Delivery- unfortunately we do not have control over the postal service but I do know that the item that was late was shipped directly from here on time and the alcohol was shipped from another location. Although the product arrived in only a few days, I was a little disappointed with the fact that the cross on the bookmark wasn't quite straight making the whole thing look lopsided. Unfortunately there was no time to return it before my son's confirmations day.
