“Great service , quick delivery . I ordered a mirrored picture frame with personalisation. The frame was really nice but the engraving was very faint and could barely be seen :( I needed it to go away for a friends 40th birthday the day after delivery so had no time to rectify it .”
I am sorry that you were unhappy with the Trinket Box, did you report this to Customer Services? because I can see no notes to say that you had. If we get reports of a damaged product then we will replace it, if you send in a photo showing the damage. Customer Services Manager
Sorry that you were unhappy with the service. The box you refer to is a standard box that many Businesses use to despatch items in. Sorry that the delivery took a long time like many others we are in the hands of Royal Mail, our standard service states 1 to 3 days estimated delivery after item is despatched.

I am sorry that you appear to have been disappointed with the delivery of your product. We do state despatched within 24 hours and that delivery is between 1 and 3 days by Royal Mail, which is why it took 4 days to arrive from day of order. “They sent me the right item but for a different location. I spoke to customer service who explained that the location had now changed, although it was still advertised. I was offered a refund but have decided to stay with the item sent. It was an 'adopt a vine' gift for my wife at a (sort of) local vineyard. The one actually sent is nowhere near local”
“The item I purchased was well received by recipients (my parents - it was sent for their SEVENTIETH wedding anniversary) I did not see the item, as I live far from them, but apparently it arrived in good condition, and was all it promised to be on the website. An included gift box was a good idea (the item was an engraved photograph). When ordering I was impressed by the friendly and personal service I received from the operator, although I was told that a named operator would call me back at one point and she never did, I had to call her.

Such a pity, because there was plenty of time, (I ordered the item one month in advance) and after all, a sevientieth wedding anniversary is a very very special day. I really hoped that my parents would be able to open and enjoy this gift on the morning of their special day. Receiving it two days later rather took the shine off.”

“Great customer service, but dissapointed with the silver bookmark we purchased.The first one sent was badly scratched (we had a custom design engraved on it) A second, sent out by courrier, was also scratched but much better than the first. Aparantley silver is very prone to scraches when being engraved. Was also dissapointed that there is no hallmark on the item. The person it is for will love it, but it was very expensive for what it was. I would use this company again, but not for any silver engraved items.”
Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. Firstly can I point out that you ordered a Silver Plated item and no Silver, Silver is hallmarked and not Silver Plated. “Easy to place order on website. But disappointed by the delivery vs expectations set by the promise of "DESPATCHED Within 24 Hours" and 1st class post. Ordered on 29th Dec but delivered 9th Jan. When I queried the progress of the order and later confirmed the it has finally arrived, the customer service was factual and a bit off-hand. Fortunately the gift recipient loved the gift and wasn't unhappy with it being late.
I think it would be an improvement to give some indications of expected length of time for the different delivery methods to help manage customer expectations.”
“Firstly the let me say that there were many positives about ordering from this company. I ordered a ladies personalised t-shirt in size 12-14 for my 14 year old daughter and my experience was that the website, download process and check out were easy to navigate. The down side was when the t-shirt arrived it was very small, some time lapsed after delivery and i failed to report the problem (my fault), so some weeks later i ordered a second t-shirt in a bigger size 16 -18, again it was to small. My daughter is not over weight and although tall usually wears a size 12 - 14 without difficultly. I've reported the problem this time and received a swift response from the customer service team who are now looking to re-issue a third t-shirt from the mens range. Hopefully we'll have our t-shirt soon and i am not deterred from using the website again.”
