I did get a full refund which I appreciate but I really really wanted the item but with the correct info. I even researched it all for them and sent them the right info but they wouldn't change it. Dear Annette The item you ordered , which was Personalised Prosecco is on a 3 to 4 day despatch time with then 2 to 3 days delivery on top so receiving it within 5 days is pretty good I think. Regards Customer Services Manager

The spa pack I ordered eventually arrived nearly 2 weeks late . I spoke to Jenny 3 times to resolve this matter.
I must say Jenny was very polite.

“I didn't think the product was very good value for money and was disappointed with it. The website said the item would be dispatched in 24 hours and it was actually despatched 2 days after the order was placed. Disappointing.”
“Liked the Album but the engraving left much to be desired. It was border line whether to return or keep it. I kept it and hope the recipients didn't look too closely. The printing was correct but there were a couple of small dents beneath the words on the top of the frame and the depth of engraving varied. Will leave plenty of time to return an item if I order again. Pity really because previous purchases were perfect.”
