Teddy bear received had wrong message printed on it's T shirt. After advising company of this it took 5 days to receive correct printed T shirt which was then to late to present as special 80th birthday present.

The item was very disappointing: the photo was reproduced badly on the gift wine bottle. I called customer services but they said the company didn't actually produce the gift so they would have to refer to the manufacturer. They asked me to email with photographs, which I did. I emailed on 03/10 with photos but have heard nothing back! The photo was the most important part of the commemorative wine, so the present was ruined & I had to pay out for another gift. I am really unhappy with the Gift Experience.

The design. Feedback it was like an ending of the marriage or an orbitary. I suggest something positive like"Lace anniversary" missing out the dates ( 2003-2016) and 13 years. The material & idea was good.

I allowed 6 days for delivery and the item was not received. For 3.95 postage I would expect better. When I called to enquire where it was in was told it had been posted and I should have paid more if I wanted it quicker. Although the item was in good order the timeliness was poor and the staff rude.

Very disappointed with the quality of the material of the apron 'King of The Kitchen' printing ok but apron too light-weight to be of practical use.

Delivery of one of the items was overdue by over a week resulting in no gift for the birthday party I was attending.

Poor communication No photo of what my product looked like once finished Once it arrived at the recipients house she didn't know what it was as,again there was no picture, just a plastic box full of jigsaw pieces. Very disappointing. Won't use again

I am sorry that you are disappointed with the product. The idea of our message on a jigsaw is exactly that. You make the jigsaw to reveal the message. We have never sent the product out with a photo of the final result because we feel that this spoils the surprise.

After the initial gift chosen was unavailable it became very difficult to find an alternative that was available. Any staff I spoke to were unhelpful and unsympathetic. Relevant websites were non-intuitive or hid the critical information required for seeing if the option was actually available.

Did not receive actual voucher via email so have requested one to be sent out and still waiting this is a gift and I'm worried it won't be here in time

The gift was great and was delivered within 5 days which is good. .......but the cost of the post was outrageous I could have flown for the same price They said 16£ was the normal for ireland. ..I have never payed this much. Infect a lot of the post is free from the uk

The item I ordered arrived broken! Didn't have time to send it back before my anniversary so my partner was a present down.

We did not expect the item to take as long as it did to arrive. My recollection is that it was about six days which is quite slow for these days. If this was because the item was engraved there should be a notice on the order form that there will be a delay due to the engraving. This notice should be very clear and enable a potential buyer to not proceed with payment when this becomes clear.

Thank you for you comments. The item was ordered on 9th at lunchtime, this was despatched on 10th, all despatch times quoted do include engraving. You selected standard delivery which Royal Mail quote as 2 to 3 days. I do not know when your parcel arrived, but can only assume that the 3rd day which was a Saturday Royal Mail may not have attempted delivery and hence it went out on The Monday which is probably your 6th day.

Everything went wrong from the engraving to the p&p that I would have to pay double not a happy customer

Item was purchased 16 days before item was needed. Item never arrived until 3 days after the important event. I was given the guarantee it would be with me with 7 days of purchase too. Overall I'm not impressed.

My order was not engraved offered to take it back but was too late so i just kept it as it was although i paid to have engraved sorry

Gift was ordered on 12th July as a present, to be sent directly to the person whose birthday it was. The gift arrived on 24th July, a day after that birthday. I do believe I allowed adequate lead time when ordering, if more time was required then that should have been stated clearly.

outrages delays in delivery resulting in the item getting to the couple after the anniversary event, errors in system , communications problems . No thank you wouldn't want to deal knowingly with this company ever again
