“I selected egg cups with the names of the bride and groom to be engraved, these were ordered on the 19th June for a wedding celebration on the 2nd July. Although I chased up the items, nothing was delivered until after the 2nd July, after the Wedding date. Naturally I was disappointed and because of this may not use the company again.”

“I purchased a antique silver jewellery box. The item looked nice, a reasonable price, easy to order and good delivery time. I paid for the item to be gift wrapped, which was a mistake. This was an anniversay present so i only saw it when my wife opened it. Unfortunately their quality assurance is not up to much as there was a scratch on the engraved plate and part of the box had not been silver plated. So now i am trying to get a replacement. All a big disappointment.”

“Very dissatisfied with the outcome of the 50th Birthday label, you could hardly see the 50th Birthday it was in small print on the bottle of Prosecco, no preview so you couldn't see what the label would look like. Far better if the company logo was in small print and the message in large print rather than the other way round.”
