I selected egg cups with the names of the bride and groom to be engraved, these were ordered on the 19th June for a wedding celebration on the 2nd July. Although I chased up the items, nothing was delivered until after the 2nd July, after the Wedding date. Naturally I was disappointed and because of this may not use the company again.

I ordered an apron on 24th June and the wrong one was delivered on 7th July. This seemed a long time! When I phoned thegiftexperience they said that it was another company that sent it out and asked me to email the other company. They seemed happy to send out the correct one but I am waiting for confirmation.

The gift I ordered was very good itself apart from the personal message that I requested wasn't put in with the item.

Pleased with the personalised photo album I ordered , but disappointed with the 10 days it took to be delivered , missed the birthday unfortunately

Was disappointed with the delivery service. The products that I purchased were all fine. But I ordered them the Monday before Father's Day and only one item came on time. The rest of the items I didn't get until the Monday after Father's Day. So all the gift were given late. That's my only downfall. But the items themselves were great.

Really wasn't impressed with the Keepsake box I purchased for a Babies naming day gift , I was very disappointed with it , it was rubbish for the money I was embarrassed

I ordered an item for next day delivery however for the next 4 business days the delivery company claimed they had delivered it when they had not which resulted in a very late gift. I would not reconmend next day delivery if you are in a hurry to receive something.

Dear Sir, I am sorry this happened, this was a bit exceptional as under normal circumstances orders are received the next day, but things can go wrong. We did refund your postage.

The parcel never arrived I then had to wait 3 weeks and call my local sorting office twice before another was sent. It's disappointing because I bought the product for a christening and I didn't have the gift on the day and had to buy something else.

I paid for 24hrs delivery and my product was not delivered in time. As it was a leaving present this meant my friend did not receive her present before she left. When i phoned to find out what happened I was informed the fault was with the delivery company, The product was going to be delivered back to you guys and then sent out to my fried's home address. This was over 2 weeks ago and the product has not made it back to you so I still have no idea when it will be re-dispatched out to my friends.

Item bought only £6.99 paid for delivery which is okay also paid £4 for wrapping which was about 12inch square AND VERY BADLY WRAPPED IT WAS IN BLACK PAPER WITH SILVER PACKAGE TAPE WHICH WAS TWISTED NOT ENOUGH THOUGHT WENT INTO THIS SORRY DEFINATELY not worth £4 for a TINY TINY BOX Very disappointed

Product was excellent when it arrived .this was the third time I've used gift experience ,and the service was very poor this last time .I had no confirmation email regarding the product which was ordered and paid for ,although on two previous occasions it was excellent service .I had to make repeated phone calls to find out what was happening to product ordered And when i would be receiving it . which took much longer arriving ,so unfortunately missed required date by a week and i was unable to track its progress to find out when it was to be delivered .Hence up at 6.45 for 7am to collect from local post depot where parking spaces were none existent .so all in all it was a nightmare experience .!!!!!!!

Couldn't fault the speedy of delivery. But was very disappointed to pay over £40 for a christening gift for my goddaughter then to find the personalised plaque wonky. A spoilt gift.

Item ordered was good quality. It was ordered in time allowing for delivery within 7 working days. It was intended for my sister's 60th birthday but arrived 6 days after her birthday. On such a special birthday was extremely disappointed with service.

Ordered a Confirmation Glass etched book for my daughter 5 days before the event. Paid £3.95 postage. Did not arrive on time. Very disappointed with the service.

wrong product turned up, personalised for someone else so two recipients were disappointed. My relatives who were recipients of the wrong present, then had to ring the gift experience to sort out and also advise that their gift not received so somewhat ruining the surprise. Would not use again

I purchased an engraved glass for my friends 50th birthday and paid extra for it to be gift wrapped. It was a big, wine glass. The engraving was tiny compared to the glass and it did not arrive gift wrapped. Poor

I purchased a antique silver jewellery box. The item looked nice, a reasonable price, easy to order and good delivery time. I paid for the item to be gift wrapped, which was a mistake. This was an anniversay present so i only saw it when my wife opened it. Unfortunately their quality assurance is not up to much as there was a scratch on the engraved plate and part of the box had not been silver plated. So now i am trying to get a replacement. All a big disappointment.

Ordered a glass picture which I consider very faint and my 80 year old parents probably won't even see! They tried to darken but very little difference - consider it a waste of money!

Very dissatisfied with the outcome of the 50th Birthday label, you could hardly see the 50th Birthday it was in small print on the bottle of Prosecco, no preview so you couldn't see what the label would look like. Far better if the company logo was in small print and the message in large print rather than the other way round.
