“I wanted to change the date of my event and upon contacting The Gift Experience they gave me a telephone number for Anfield Stadium. Anfield never answered the phone. I must have spent hours hanging on the line. End result is we (me and two others) were unable to go to the Stadium Tour and have therefore lost the gift. I appreciate that The Gift Experience will say it was not their problem (after all it was Anfield who failed to answer their phone) but it has reflected badly on The Gift Experience and I doubt I will buy from them again. If they are going to give out telephone numbers they should satisfy themselves that their partners will answer them.”

“I ordered 3 items at the beginning of December. Two of them did not arrive until Christmas Eve which was too late for me as I had pointed out I was going away the day before. The third one never arrived at all - all were paid for and debited from my account on the day I ordered them. An extremely disappointing service and I would not use this site again.”
“I don't like to leave complete negative feedback and most of the items ordered arrived within the specified time. However, there were a couple of things that took much longer than expected and I very nearly didn't get them in time for the date I needed them. This caused us a lot of distress as there was a deadline to send the gift abroad. I did telephone the office and explained the situation. A replacement was received within a couple of days. We still have the frame that was sent in error!”
I am sorry you got the incorrect frame. But it does show how good our customer services are as this was rectified very quickly and they would have told you to throe the other one away. Sorry for any inconvenience. Customer Services.
“The original item I ordered on 1/12/14 was delivered on the 8/12/14, unfortunately the order was wrong. I phoned and informed this company that I had to have the replacement by 12/12/14 at the latest and was advised to return the wrong item as a new one would be dispatched that afternoon.
I returned the wrong item on 10/12/14 and did not receive the correct one until 13/12/14 which was too late. This company state express delivery on their website........just a pity they didn't use it on this occasion!!”
