I am sorry you are unhappy and that you feel that you had a horrible experience. I have checked our system and it states that it had been returned by Royal Mail as Addressee Unknown or Gone Away.
“I will never use this company again. The machine typed “Happy Annive” instead of “Happy Anniversary” on a glass gift. They refused to remake it. Absolutely appalling service.”

Hi Nikki I have checked our records and it appears you were given a tracking number and asked to check with your local sorting office. We are not sure if you have done that

I have looked at your order and it appears that when you placed the order you did not put in the correct address and the product was returned we have since sent it out to the correct address. We do provide a Postcode lookup facility to stop this happening. Customer Services
“Terrible service my item did not turn up and when I phoned customer service they were very rude and I missed the 1st birthday the gift was intended for and has ordered in plenty of time.
This was a month ago and still not received the item or a refund.
Very disappointed would not recommend.”

Recipient did not receive their present, there was no attempt to assist on a goodwill basis as other organisations like Moonpig would do.

“I have just looked at the personalised graduation hanging ornament code gs-81 and realised that the large star on the right side is missing,it is not in packing and must have been sent out like this. Obviously we cannot give this as a present. The only reason we noticed this we showed it to a friend and realised this was missing,unfortunately we did not notice when first received and presume we cannot return item?”
“I made a purchase in plenty of time for my mum and dad 60th anniversary. It was done for the 2nd May and didn't receive it until late 3rd May. I was not happy. I rang them and there was no sorry no nothing just basically saying it comes when it comes”
“Ordered a simple personalised bookmark for my Godson's first communion. Was told by Customer Service that I only put "Cork Ireland" on address and so it was shipped and returned to UK and they had to charge me again for postage to resend. No way I just put Cork, Ireland but they would not accept could be issue on their site. Ended up having to pay again to ship - this is what I call "bad profits" - they may have squeezed another €10 out of me but I will never use them again.”
“Very disappointing purchase, good customer service. The personalised hip flask was scuffed and scratched so badly it couldn’t be given as the gift in which it was intended. I contacted The Gift Experience and after emailing photos of the damaged product I received a refund. Glad I got my money back but wouldn’t buy from this site again.”
