“The item I ordered never came the item was ordered on the 22nd February for an anniversary gift for 28th February had not arrived by March 2nd so I cancelled the order this was the first time I had ordered from this firm so not a good start.”
“Was not happy with my purchase. I bought a crystal wedding gift for my daughter and son-in-law. The gift had a lot of facts about the year they married, what their names meant etc. All was fine until I saw a fact which said Prince Andrew was 45 in this year. How things stand at the moment, his reputation leaves a lot to be desired. I mean, he was sacked by his own mother! I contacted customer services and pointed out that I thought maybe this was a little inappropriate. They did contact their production staff and concluded that there was nothing wrong in including him in any facts. I strongly disagree. The outcome being I was not entitled to a refund nor were they prepared to reprint without that particular fact. Very shoddy, customer services were a joke. The gift went in the bin and I will never order from this company again. I’ve spoken to a lot of people about this, maybe I overreacted I thought, but I can honestly say every person was in agreement with me.”

“Absolute shambles of a company after 2 weeks of me not receiving a product That I had paid from rat class delivery for I requested a refund after about ten emails and very rude reply’s I replied I would be contacting PayPal this is the only way I got my money back would never order from these again but no doubt this review will never get seen”
“Really poor, my original order never turned up emailed them, they said they'd send another one out, this never turned up and still waiting on my refund. They never informed me it had been dispatched on either occasion.”
“Bought an item for my wifes 50th 10 days before the date with a two working day delivery time. Item arrived 2 days after the birthday! Staffs attitude was poor to put it mildly. Items not tracked so had no idea where it was, would not use these people again.”
