“I have not received this gift. I missed the occassion that it was requested for although it is a personal book with detals of the babies naming day. I keep emailing your company and you tell me it was posted weeks ago. It never arrived and I find the customer service extremely poor.
I would like some understanding of what you intend to do to compensate. Suki Norris”
“Unfortunately I have not had a good experience!
I paid for a gift of a meal for two, recieved confirmation by email but never received voucher.
A week later I still hadnt received the voucher by email, I was told they were still trying to regenerate it.
By this time I had lost all faith!
I cancelled this and was credited with my money back.
After this experience I will not be using this company again!”
“Tried to book venues for various London trips only to find that the venue had either closed down or the small print terms and conditions of how to book were not practicle or helpful. Felt the product was miss sold and still have a voucher that does not offer value for money.”
“This gift - a personalised bathroom towel - caused the breakdown of a friendship I'd had for 20 years with a dear Muslim lady, whose Pearl Anniversary I was marking. The gift arrived late and fell far short of expectations. Therefore most unfortunately I cannot recommend it.”
“So my item didn’t turn up and they are telling me I have to wait until they have spoke to Royal Mail for a refund, I would never buy from here again people on the phone are rude they don’t listen to anything I have to say !
Please avoid don’t waste your money or time !!”
“I purchased "My house History" book and was very disappointed with the result, I have had them in the past and was very pleased with them, they had a back cover with a cut out to see the area were you live but now they are a light blue with no cutout, and to be quiet honest they look horrible.
I wanted it to match my other books. I have sent it back and waiting for a refund, I don't think that changing the cover has done them any favours.
I would not purchased them again and would advise anybody to check before they buy.”
“The gift I ordered was completely different to the one that I received, when I complained I was told that there could be a slight difference and the order I received was the only style they had in stock as that is what is currently being made by the manufactures. If that was the case they should have emailed me and sent me pictures of the ones they had in stock. I was really disappointed and upset as my friend had chosen the medal to thank her husband for looking after her as she is ill. The item was a Medal.”
“Got 2 pillow cases for our anniversary 1 of the surnames had a capital letter the other didn't lol lucky they were bought for a laugh when we noticed we certainly did”
“Received the engraved wedding frame with very poor engraving. Barely visible, depends on the light! Let the company know and was asked to send a photo of it. I did that 4 days ago and heard nothing. First and last time I will use this company.”
“Purchased a newspaper and wine as a Ruby wedding present to be sent directly as I could not attend. Returned to find that the product was not available but the card had been sent, which made little sense.
Still waiting for my refund, not impressed”
“If I could give "0" I would! I ordered a wedding anniversary gift on a Friday and I paid express delivery £11.39 in order to have guaranteed deliver on Saturday. On Friday I changed the delivery option from my house to the local sainsburys because there was a risk that no one was at home. Dpd confirmed both the acceptance of the change of address and the Saturday 's delivery. Dpd failed the delivery and the item has been delivered on Sunday. I called The Gift experience and they didn't want to know anything about. They were keeping saying that the change of the address was the reason for the delivery failing(???)Really??? I wrongly thought that the gift experiment could have refunded the £11.39 for the failed express delivery and claim back to Dpd. But they had no interest at all.”
