“We ordered 5 different personalised coasters for an 80th birthday gift. They arrived quickly and we were really pleased with them. The customer service was fantastic - we had a small issue with one of the coasters and it was really easy to get hold of the customer services team, who had a new coaster sent out within 24 hours. Excellent service overall and we’ll definitely use The Gift Experience again.”
