“We bought a gift for our daughter and her husband's 25th wedding anniversary. It arrived a couple of days late, but this was over the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, so I guess that was understandable. It arrived very well packed and nicely gift-wrapped. They were very pleased with the gift.”

Unfortunately, there can be unforeseen delays in the Royal Mail network which we have no control over, I know how frustrating it is to be waiting on a delivery and I can only apologise once again for any upset or inconvenience caused.

“I ordered a book "Remember When" as a gift for our friend's Golden Wedding Anniversary and was really disappointed. The text on the presentation plate attached to the front page of the book hadn't been centred and it looked awful when you opened the book. It hit me straight away and as centring text in this day and age is easy it is not what I expected; for the money, I expected much better and this ruined the gift. Also, the gift box is over-rated. It is a plain black box with gold writing on the front and unlike a picture I had seen (and I can’t now find where) was not gold lined. I don't think it adds to the gift although does offer a degree of protection to the book when in transit. TGE issued a new plaque as soon as I notified them but I have had to send the replacement to my friends so they can take out the original plaque and replace it with the new one. Takes the edge off the gift.”

With regards to the gift box, this is not gold lined and is not advertised as being anywhere on our product listings.

“Ordered 2 itemised, one of which was a personal inscribed vase for my wife’s 60 th birthday , I was sent an e mail copy of the order when I realised the wording was incorrect, I then tried to ring to discuss this but there was an answer machine message advising me to e mail the query instead to which I had no reply so I re e mailed the following day , again no reply , now nearly 2 weeks later when I’ve been delivered the vase with the incorrect wording you want a good review !”
