It probably took a couple of days longer to arrive because it was in the Christmas period.

“Customer service is excellent.
I ordered two personalised plant pots as Christmas gifts . Unfortunately they were both damaged when they arrived.
I was disappointed as this was a couple of days before Christmas and knew that asking for replacements they wouldn’t be here in time .
I was wrong , the customer service was amazing and responded straight away to my problem and I was so surprised they arranged special delivery for next day did I had the new plant pots here in time to give as gifts for Christmas! I was not expecting that at all , so I would highly recommend this company and will definitely purchase from them again , the quality of the products is very good too and went down well as gifts !
