Unfortunately there is no space to engrave a message on this particular product however thanks for taking the time to leave a suggestion.
With regards to the box needing to be changed, this is a box designed to help protect the product in transit and so is more suited for protection rather than presentation.

I am sorry you didn't feel the gift wrap was appropriate, our team do always try to tailor the gift wrap colours to an occasion however there was no mention of a wedding on your order and so this wasn't possible for your particular order.

I am not artistic myself and am so pleased with the design and quality, in particular the gold and green colours used so tastefully.
