Would have been fine but the constant harassing emails afterwards are simply annoying and very off putting.

First it was late coming so missed the 60th birthday party then because it was sent by post office they would not leave it on door step as no one was in (we had gone to the party ) so was taken to post office main sorting office which is 7 miles away you can only get it from 9.00 -12.00pm which is ok for people that don't work so after 3 weeks a friend picked it up dot much use now. In the past we have allways let a note in box area to say leave on door step never been a problem

Absolutely atrocious products...I ordered personalised cards and a cushion for my daughter's graduation...the cushion was damaged and the cards were cheap and tacky. Both gifts couldn't be given on her big day. Absolutely disgusting customer service..not heard since complaint requesting compensation.

Customer service was next to nothing , it took over a week to get my parcel even after several attempts after leaving instructions to deliver to neighbor. After contacting customer service they couldn't be bothered

I never received my order, I chased the order twice. The first time 6 working days after despatch and again after 8 working days. I asked for a replacement to be sent and explained that it was a gift for a 25th wedding anniversary, but was told that nothing could be done until after 10 working days after despatch of the order. Surprise surprise after 10 days still no receipt of the order, I contacted them again and was at last told that my parcel had been lost. I am now awaiting a refund as the 25th wedding anniversary party that the gift was for has already taken place. I would not recommend this company and would never use again.

I ordered a special gift for my Uncle's 80th Birthday and gave the address that I have for him which I have used on numerous occasions. The gifts were sent in June and have to date sill not been delivered. I have been told by the gift experience staff that there is nothing they can do. I asked for a refund and they said they are not able to do that either. They want me to try and trace the parcel as they say they have no control over the PO. When you pay for something and don't get it, it becomes the responsibility of the seller to put things right not for the buyer to be out of pocket and without the goods. Extremely disappointed and would not ever use the site again or recommend it to anyone. I will be taking legal action to recoup my losses.

I ordered a graduation gift for my grandson, it was displayed in a lovely red silk lined box and described as having a silk lined box, when it arrived the box was black with black foam which was quiet ugly, when I contacted them to say I was unhappy I was told they have changed suppliers and only have those boxes. The wed site hasent been changed and had I known would not have brought from them. I would also add the engraving is quiet faint and once again not as shown.

After placing an order for a personalised memory box , why say three to five working days when it was actually six working days by which time the event had passed . Disappointed with the quality of work on box only actually child's name was hand stuck on rest of information was just a typed photo- copy stuck on . Would not recommend this company.

I placed an order on June 9, and paid for Saturday delivery expecting the gift to arrive on June 10. I travelled out of the UK on June 12 and returned and till date, have not received the gift I ordered. I've called and complained and was told to ask my neighbours if they got the parcel.

I opted for a first class delivery for a higher charge to ensure I would receive my item on time. Over a week later the item had not arrived, in which time I had to buy a replacement gift. The Gift Experience failed to acknowledge any fault for this, despite there being NUMEROUS other reviews of customers having similar experiences (only saw this after purchase). They refused to refund my item (despite the personalised part being a small detachable tag), and wouldn't refund the extra cost for postage, which failed to deliver. Very unhelpful. I would not use this company again.

I placed my order and paid for it. Over a day later I received an email stating I had been refunded. Shortly afterwards I received another email stating my order had been dispatched! Not impressed at all.

Ordered my mum a birthday present on 17th may. Now 2nd June and still hasn't arrived. Rang customer service twice and have been told I have to wait unti 17 working days before they can look into it. Apart from that both times they were really rude speaking over the top of me. I'll never order form here again. Rubbish!!

I placed an order to be delivered for my dad's birthday on 27th April. As the gift was a hotel stay , it was important to arrive on time to be a more meaningful gift that could be used as close to my dad's birthday as possible . As the gift still hasn't arrived , you could say I am pretty annoyed and disappointed !!

This company treated me Very badly. I ordered the item on 5th April for my son's 1?At wedding anniversary on 9th. Item never arrived until Thursday 20th. I sent three emails complaining but received no offer of a refund for either the item or the extortionate postage and packing charge. Be careful when dealing with this company. Trevor Cooke

I ordered a mummy & me cuddling since 02.07.16 cushion as a mothers day gift. It was her first mothers day too so was extra special. The cushion came missing the 16 at the end. I was told that's how it was ordered so can only assume that the problem was with website & somehow it didn't register our daughters full date of birth for whatever reason. I've used & recommended the site before to friends and family and assumed I'd get the cushion re-done free as was a genuine mistake somewhere. The cushion was clearly missing a year so surprised I didn't receive a call to double check. It's an obvious mistake! I've been told it will cost £9 for another! This is unfair and I'll be telling friends and family to no longer use the website unless another is sent out. A cushion doesn't cost anything to make, I'm shocked at the customer service and would like to have a correct one sent out please and be a happy customer & be able to give a good review rather than a bad one
