“We were looking for something special for our friends Ruby Wedding Anniversary, something that they could keep. The quality of the box was great and the clasp on it was very sturdy. We put some red shredded tissue in it underneath a bottle of champagne and it looked great. Our friends thought it was fantastic and very personal. We would definitely use The Gift Experience again and would recommend them to friends.”
“I bought white towels with embroidered for a Golden Anniversary present they arrived promtly and I am happy with them. But they still had little bits of plastic round the writing which I had to carefully take off there was a danger of pulling the towelling threads. Otherwise quality of towels were ok but not top quality.”

“No thanks, never again. Nothing is checked before going to print There was a huge and obvious error but I was not contacted even thought they had my email address. Complete waste of £18 and caused upset on my wedding anniversary.”

We do ask our customers to check their personalisation is correct and we do get in touch when we spot an error, however on this occasion we were unfortunately not to know the year that you had chosen was incorrect, I am sorry.
“Our book on football history was lovely when it arrived. The recipient was made up and even got some of the photos autographed by past players who were delighted to see their pictures. Could not have been a better gift”
“ordered something, few days later was told they could probably do it (it was an 80th present, so difficult to source I guess), few days later was told they would have heard by now if it couldn't be done.... several days after was told actually they couldn't do it, sorry.
In the meantime 80th birthday had been and gone and I had no chance to get another gift.
Then it took a month for a refund.”
