“Bought 2 Personalised Anniversary Year Book for a 50th& 60th Wedding Anniversary this year. The quality was excellent and they arrived really quickly. The way they are packaged means there is very little risk of damage and the presentation box really adds a touch of quality. The lettering was perfect and both recipients were thrilled.
Would definitely buy again. Although a little pricey I would say definitely worth the money for a special day/date/year!”

“Was Disappointed! I bought a star as a gift, I paid extra because it was a gift! When it arrived i was extremely disappointed…. It looked cheap and Tacky! I was bought one for my birthday and it was gift boxed and in a tin with a note from the person’s who bought it, the certificate was so lovely aswell…
But the one I bought looked like someone had just printed it off on their computer! and it was so small…
Wouldn’t recommend to be honest… wish I had sent it back for a refund and ordered it from the company mine was bought from. Don’t waste your money folks.”

It was only after contacting the Directors (Trevor & Jenny) that decisive action was taken and my order finally arrived via DPD next day courier. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company if you require a safe and reliable transaction.”

Unfortunately on the odd occasion this can happen as nothing is ever perfect, and we know this from long experience. You were more than happy to go ahead with a replacement if sent via next working day delivery, therefore this was set up straight away as per email correspondence with customer services, and we can see it was safely delivered in plenty of time for your Grandsons Christening a few days later.
