“I ordered the Personalised BBQ King Apron and it arrived very creased and very thin. When I contacted the Gift Experience, I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. They now aren't responding to my emails. There were no care instructions either so I felt unable to give this as a gift. Will never use this company again.”
“I really hate having to make reviews like this. Had to chase up a gift for my Dads 80th. I was told it was with Royal Mail. No tracking number provided. I chased again should be with you soon. Chased again, don't know where it is. Can we get you another date as the archive has no further copy? No thanks I would like a refund.....still waiting!!”
“Gift did not arrive for the 90th birthday. It never arrived and we had to start again. The newspaper date was accepted on the first order then it was not possible to supply that date. Was it ever possible? Once we finally rearranged everything the year book arrived over a week after the Wine and the selected Newspaper???”

“Still not received the items a month after ordering. I completely understand the delay but a month is a bit extreme. When I emailed to get advise on when I would receive it I got a rude response. I did not mean to offend anyone just wanted to make sure it had worked. Very disappointed and no idea if I will receive the order or not”
“I ordered 2 items, cushions and a card, both for my daughters 1st anniversary, so they were special and it was important she received them on time. The cushions turned up okay and we're nice but the card didn't. I sent an email chasing it up and got told it was on its way, no apology for it not arriving yet. A couple of weeks later I asked for a refund because it had disappointedly not turned up, the reply stated it would be in the bottom of the box the cushions were in and that we must have missed it because it is "well camouflaged". Firstly it wasn't in there because we recycled the box and broke it down into pieces, secondly, why would you send something in the bottom of the box which is easily missed.
I replied and said it definitely wasn't in the box and can I please have a refund, the reply came back saying "I have refunded the card", that was it, no apology or anything.
My daughter did not get a 1st anniversary card from her parents and that upsets me, therefore, I will not be using this company again.”
“When the item came the compost in the pack didn’t activate with water so and there wasn’t enough composts to go around. Nothing has grown - I would like a full refund please.

“My order was not delivered on time. I know the world is in chaos at moment but never during the ordering process was I told this might be the case and I never heard a word on when it was ready or when it was dispatched. Not good enough. Won’t shop here again.”
