“Very unsatisfactory gift ordered on 20th June not despatched until 26th consequently arrived far too late for the recipients special day no answer to customer service help line despite leaving several messages Will never use again!”
Dear Sir I have checked your order and the item was ordered on 22nd JUne at 18:19. It was despatched on the 26th which is the 4th Working Day and we state Despatched within 2 to 4 Working Days. So we were within our stated timescale.

I ordered a customised items for fathers day so the children could present them to their Dad. Items did not arrive until the week after fathers day. One of the items was damaged when opened. An email has been sent to customer service since the last 3 weeks but no response has been received. Family moment ruined, thank you guys!!!”

“Never again! I think that when selling fathers day gifts you should allow a cut off date for orders. Saves having upset children. Also some customer service training for your managing director, upset customers dont care if the md is blowing hot air up her own arse do they? Or if they may upset your staff? Im more concerned that i have a sad 4 year old”

I brought a flower pot and personalised it for my Nan.
Turns out it was only 10cm tall so very disappointed on her big birthday. It’s too small to plant the flowers in we also sent her.”

“Order a gift and card. The card came first with the information on what gift was coming. This ruined the surprise. Then we never received the gift. Thegiftexperience took no responsibility and offered no help.”
“Had so much trouble with the gift I ordered. It was a personalised boxed newspaper for my parents diamond anniversary. It arrived two weeks late and the headlines that it had picked out to highlight we're all awful, depressing stories of murders, massacres etc..not at all a paper to remember heaooy events as it should be. Quality of print was awful. Couldn't get a refund as it was personalised and the customer services said they have no control over the gifts they sell and were massively rude and unhelpful.”

I'm not one to write bad reviews so on a positive note it was easy to order with good delivery time! Unfortunately on this occasion I didn't like the product.”

I had contacted them on the 1st June asking them to look into this had an email on the 3rd just saying that they were sorry order had not arrived but expect delivery shortly and they can't imagine it is to far away. Miraculously it arrived the next day. Will not be using again.”
“Absolute terrible, would never use this company again, ordered a bottle stop, Engraved for my parents golden wedding anniversary, the website abbreviated anniversary to Ann and that’s how they engraved it although there was no option to change it on the website so stupidly presumed as when I typed the messaged in input anniversary that would be what was delivered but obviously not, when I contacted customers service they said I should have put it in the notes on the confirmation and wouldn’t take any responsibility however I didn’t abbreviate it the website did, and now I believe they have changed their website so obviously did take some blame for this error but would replace my item for such a special occasion!”
