Terrible service to which I will never order again. First order which was for my there day came out wrong, so called up to correct and was promised that I would have the right order on a guaranteed Saturday delivery. The gift was a Mother's Day present for my kids Mam which I needed to give the to the kids on the Saturday as I don't live with them on not seeing them Sunday. So imagine when on Saturday morning I got an email advising the delivery was cancelled and wouldn't arrive till the Sunday. This meant that the keys ds would wake up not being able to give a gift to their Mam on this special day. I had to then go out and purchase a different gift for them on the Saturday and run around delivering. I then contacted the gift experience who did issue a refund for the personalised mug and said it wasn't there fault, even though they guaranteed a Saturday delivery. Not a good impression and will never use this company again after such a bad error on top of guaranteeing a satirical delivery which they couldn't keep.

I still haven't received orders, it is going to two weeks now. I personally have had a bad experience.

I ordered a bear and get well card for my grand-daughter who had just come out of hospital. I requested first class next day delivery, but that never happened. In fact instead of arriving on the Friday as expected, or even on the Saturday as would have been worst case scenario, the gift did not arrive until the following Wednesday. My complaint to Customer services was met with a polite, but indifferent reply, telling me that no guarantee could be made about items arriving on a set date, or not arriving at all! I requested a refund but I was told that was not possible as the items were likely to 'arrive any time now'!!! And in fact there was never any offer to re-send the item, or even an offer of a goodwill gesture in some form. I was really disgusted with the service all round and the apathetic attitude when this item was not delivered. I wanted to cheer my grandaughter, and for the card etc, to be there when she got home from hospital, but instead I had to make endless phone calls chasing things up only to be told (politely) there was nothing that could be done. Well, thanks for that!! I would never use this company ever again and have re-named it The Worst Gift Experience Co ever!

I ordered a 100 piece puzzle for my grandson's 6th birthday. When it arrived it was the wrong puzzle (250) despite being described on the advice note as the correct one. Furthermore it was for an over 7 age group and so completely unsuitable. It was too late to ask for a replacement as his birthday was the day following the delivery. I phoned the supplier and they agreed to refund the cost and postage if I returned the puzzle which I have. I phoned again and they have now received it and say they will process the refund

It took you 3 attempts to deliver the package to the correct address. You spoiled the surprise by sending it direct to the person I was going to give the gift to as a Christmas present. Might have accepted one mistake but having telephoned you to point out the error and being assured by your team that mistake had been rectified, you go and do the same again.

I ordered an engraved valentines gift order no 9019597 - a travel alarmclock. When it arrived the engraving was incorrect. I had a 'live' chat with someone called Emily on 24th January and sent her a picture of the item. She said the item would be delivered the next day. It is now 1st February and still have not received my replacement. Extremely disappointed. Anne Thornton

I am fed up with continual unsolicited emails. I have spoken to them and was promised I would be taken off their mailing list. This ha not happened, can you pass on this complaint to the company. Mr J.R.P. Eaves

The gift was sent to the billing address instead of to the intended recipient. And there was no gift message enclosed. The gift was ordered in time for delivery before Christmas, of course, but the recipient did not receive it until after New Year's. Very disappointed.

Still haven't received my order placed 3 weeks ago. It was meant to be dispatched wishing 24hours and was a Christmas present for my sister. Very let down by the service, When I emailed to chase the package they seemed not to be very bothered and told me to go and check if it was at the sorting office. Not sure why I should go out of my way to track down a package that they have lost?

My order has still not arrived. I ordered personalised apron as xmas gift they still haven't recieved it????? Wouldn't use this site again and I will be asking for my money back.
