“The service was good although jacket just bundled into a postage bag. Eg not even in a manufacturers clear plastic bag. Although a great jacket I don't think it's a true mounteering jacket. Have to open jacket to access inner map pocket which in itself isn't large enough. Also would be better if hood zipped off.”

“I ordered an item which highlighted the normal delivery time would be 3-5 days. I needed the item quicker than that so I paired for next day deliver at £5.99. The item arrived at my door 4 days later. I didn’t get an apology or my £5.99 back.”

Hi Carl. I'm very sorry you were unhappy with the service, but delivery was within our normal terms and this information should have been visible when you placed your order. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday requesting Next Working day delivery should be delivered on the following Monday. as your order was after 9pm on a Thursday evening this was the situation and you did receive your parcel on the Monday. As a goodwill gesture I will refund the excess postage charge for your Beanie. Regards sheila

“ordered the same item twice in error and called to cancel one of them... lady on phone was aware already and was in the process of emailing me to check whether I had made an error... and all of this within minutes of ordering! cancelled on the phone and item was refunded immediately..great customer service, ..and to cap it all I ordered this on Monday afternoon and the harness arrived this morning less than 48 hours later... just cant beat that especially at the sale price and with free delivery on items over £30... highly recommend this company and will definitely be using in the future... online sales as they should be!”
