“Excellent service from the Epicentre, I saw from their very detailed website a great selection of Adidas Terrex trial shoes and left in my basket for quite a while and it was left there patiently while considering. Once decided i paid for the next day service ordering before 2pm and I received the shoes 10am the next day. Cannot do better than that.”

“The young guy who served us was fantastic, he took time to listen to what we wanted in walking boots and try and test different footbeds and styles. The only downside for me was being rushed and told they were due to close when we were still deciding on a significant outlay for boots. It nearly cost them the whole sale…….just the recognition of giving us a few minutes more rather than rushing the customer would have made the experience worth more.”

We are very sorry that you felt rushed. We close our boot room to new customers at 5pm to avoid this issue. This allows us to give our customers plenty of time before our shop is due to close at 5.30 and still allow our staff to leave at the end of their shift.
