“The shoes I ordered were too small but the service from Epicentre was excellent. I had an immediate reply from my e-mail and Royal Mail collected the shoes from my door. The refund was prompt. You couldn’t ask for a better service and I would definitely use them again.”

“ORDER WE13008 on 11th Jan 26 item undelivered. As of these writing refund hasn’t been resolved. I am now asking PayPal to help me recover the money. Not recommended this company.”

We're very sorry about this delay. The parcel had been returned, undelivered, to our Head Office. there was some issue about it being delivered to your pickup locker. It arrived back with us on Monday and was promptly refunded. Many apologies for this inconvenience

“Super easy people to deal with. Fantastic product, best price I could find, ordered and delivered within 24hrs, FREE. Unfortunately wrong size so after a phone call to query a different size I then returned, FREE, got an email when they arrived back at Epicentre and refunded 3 days later. Everything was smooth and seamless, an absolute pleasure, just a shame the Hokas were too small. Would definitely recommend and hope to shop with them in the future, thanks.”
