Awful experience tbh , paid £106 for an item and was emailed in the morning to say my order was being picked ( as I paid £6 for next day delivery ) then later that night / following morning to the next day , I received an email saying my order has been cancelled due to payment ( the day I’m now meant to receive my order ) the money has went from my bank and I showed the workers here , who said no it hasn’t come through our system ( must have otherwise they wouldn’t of seen the order ) and told me it would bounce back , and then money was pending out of my account and not actually taken . A few hours later the money was no longer pending and was taken 😂I rang up to tell them an which I was told was “no we haven’t recieved it , it’s bounced , to which I said please check again as I can clearly see I’m £106 short , in which they realised something had happened there end and the money did go through but because a refund had been started they then had to manually send me my money back an told me to re order ( this took 2 days , stressed me out and wasn’t offered anything in return for the fault there end , the coat was a birthday present for a friend hence the next day delivery and it was just messed up and something else was purchased , never had any apology or any gesture of epic centre , only contact I’ve had is asking me to write reviews

I am very sorry you had a bad experience. We did explain that there was a technical issue which meant that we could not process your order. The order was cancelled the morning after you placed it (ordered at 9pm but we only open 9am-5.30pm) and your payment voided. We advised you to reorder immediately and we would still be able to get it dispatched that day - the same day the original order would have been dispatched with the £4.99 Next Working Day delivery charge. You decided not to do that, but I did not know that until now. The money had actually been taken (again part of the technical problem) but was refunded the next day as soon as I realised it had actually been taken. At the time I spoke to you, you appeared to be perfectly happy that the situation had been resolved and there was no mention of stress or a present, so I can only apologise now for any distress caused.

The footwear ordered turned out to be unavailable in the size ordered, despite that size being selectable for ordering online. That being said, the refund was received within 3 days of initial notification of "a problem with your order".

I am very sorry we were unable to fulfil your order. Unfortunately we had been sent the wrong size of shoe in the box by the manufacturer. Many apologies for this inconvenience.

Goods arrived on time as described. However charged twice and still no refund! First payment said unsuccessful and no confirmation email so placed the order again. Been charged twice and only ever received one item and one confirmation email - still waiting for refund 3 weeks later!

Unfortunately for some reason you tried to pay twice. We only take the money when processing the order so have only charged you once. Your bank still has the second attempt earmarked for us and it can take up to a month for them to release the fund. We have voided the transaction to attempt to speed this up for you but unfortunately it is in your bank's hands so there is nothing further we can do to assist

I ordered an item which highlighted the normal delivery time would be 3-5 days. I needed the item quicker than that so I paired for next day deliver at £5.99. The item arrived at my door 4 days later. I didn’t get an apology or my £5.99 back.

Hi Carl. I'm very sorry you were unhappy with the service, but delivery was within our normal terms and this information should have been visible when you placed your order. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday requesting Next Working day delivery should be delivered on the following Monday. as your order was after 9pm on a Thursday evening this was the situation and you did receive your parcel on the Monday. As a goodwill gesture I will refund the excess postage charge for your Beanie. Regards sheila

Not very happy at buying boots for £130 which were in a sale for £97 less than a week later! No wonder the delivery was so quick. Normally I would give these guys 5 stars though.

Website easy to use. Delivery good. Socks arrived with damage and pulls. Not good. I wanted to return. I had to pay to return them. I wont order again as a result.

I bought 2 hats for friends for a particular occasion. They were delivered late, despite paying the additional postage. I was not amused! There was nothing wrong with the hats, it was just the delivery which is not under the control of "the epicentre" but is a factor that many people will use when deciding on how to rate the company when asked to undertake reviews like this - which is why I have given the rating I have since epicentre have the choice as to who they use as their delivery partner.
