“I'm very pleased with my purchase. However the parcel arrived opened. I queried this with the delivery driver and he said 'It's OK we've checked it' 🤔 The jacket does appear to be in perfect condition. However it wasn't in any manufacturers packaging and the fact that it had been handled took the shine off my purchase. Obviously I don't know where it was opened but feel I can't give you 5 stars as the parcel didn't arrive in the condition I would expect”

“Order process was clear although I do recall that there was no clarity in the web site on when the goods would arrive or options to expedite delivery. I had to return an item because it was no longer needed. The return process was really simple. So apart from some improvement to the information during the online order process the ordering experience was good, thank you.”

“Product was delivered on doorstep the day after ordering, so great service. I had reservations on the packaging as the jacket was expensive and wasn't protected inside the postal packing, and the postal packaging was plastic and these days it is good to have paper packaging. The jacket didn't fit, and Epicentre refunded immediately.”

“Had what i wanted and the online service was excellent - sadly let down by DPD who failed to deliver - loosing the package. Epicentre attempted to follow up for me but gave a prompt repayment when it was obvious it wasn't going to arrive. Would use Epicentre again and hope the couriers were of the same standard.”

“Easy fast and efficient. Only let down by the delivery company destroying the packaging and sticking it in a random box. Literally, no packaging, no invoice just the rucksack in a bow big enough for 10!”

“Totally my shopping from your web experience is good. However I hope you can notice that one of my item has been cancelled due to stock shortage and I used a 10% off voucher to buy. Due to this cancellation my voucher cannot be used for next time purchase”

“Great price on the boots I ordered and quick, free delivery. Unfortunately they didn’t fit so I have returned them. If the refund goes through without a hitch, I would say there’s no reason not to give 5 stars.”
