“Was one of the only websites that had multiple sizes as I always need to order multiple sizes to get the right fit. The shoes arrived within 2 days of ordering and I received a refund for shoes not kept very quickly. Would definitely order from them again.”

“I visited the store looking for a pair of walking boots and had an absolute 5-star experience with Sophie. Even while managing multiple customers, Sophie was exceptionally attentive, patient, and thoroughly professional throughout my visit. Although my size wasn't in stock, Sophie went above and beyond by taking the time to listen to my ongoing foot complaints. They offered a detailed, highly knowledgeable explanation of my gait and the technical mechanics behind why I’ve been experiencing pain—it was honestly far more attentive and insightful than a 15-minute, £50 appointment I previously had with a podiatrist! Sophie recommended trying a pair of insoles and ensured I could clearly feel and see the structural difference before I committed to buying them. If I’d had a bit more time, I likely would have bought the alternative pair of boots they thoughtfully brought out for me to try as well. Sophie is a absolute asset to the store and a true specialist in customer care. Thank you again!”

“Bought a couple of arcteryx pieces from epicentre online . They were delivered very fast . One piece was fine but unforfunately one was too big . I returned it via theyre postage label and was refunded straight away . I will definately buy again from here . Great customer service and good prices”

“I ordered my product and it was here within two days, beautifully packed and the sports shoes were immacculate. This was the best priced retailer I could find and was surprised it was a retailer in the Lake District. They have a wide selection of very competitivey priced garments and will make sure I check this place out every time I shop as, as I say, getting your product in a short space of time is essential to me.”

“These guys are great. I recently bought a jacket from their store in Ambleside (which an amazing range of clothing and gear) and the staff team were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to buy a second jacket online the day before leaving the Lakes and it was processed so efficiently that it beat me home! A great company and will shop here again - thank you!”

“Ordering from the Epicentre was easy,offering a reliable and secure service. The goods were delivered on time and well packaged. Unfortunately, the goods had to be returned due to a size issue and again this was a straightforward process ,explained effectively on the company returns policy procedure. I would certainly use Epicentre again and look forward to visiting the shop when next in the area. Excellent from start to finish,thankyou .”
