We're very sorry that we weren't able to assist you further, but the parcel was stolen from within your building after delivery. Apparently there had been previous similar thefts. Please consider an alternative delivery address for future orders

Purchased a Rab fleece online and three weeks later it has still not arrived despite several phone calls. Poor online service.

Many apologies for your experience. Unfortunately there was a couple of weeks delay before you informed us the parcel hadn't been delivered. The issue has been raised with DPD, as we had already told you, and you have been refunded for the missing item

Terrible customer service. I ordered a Patagonia hat from this site. After taking my money, I received a ‘confirmation of cancellation’ a week later, without any explanation as to what has happened to my order, or whether this was a mistake. I emailed the company to ask what was happening with my order and I am still waiting to this day to receive a reply…

Many apologies that we had to cancel your order. As I explained in my email on the Monday (ordered late Friday evening), we were unable to find the item for your order so had to cancel it. The money was never taken as we did not process the order.

Offered items online at a good price but not available when I tried to buy it. Disappointed that they offered items that didn’t exist. Order was cancelled and payment taken returned.

dpd failed to deliver what had been a prompt sending out by Epicentre. Again Epicentre prompt in giving me a refund.

My purchase with The Epicentre was delayed by an entire week. The delivery was expected to be completed by the 25th of November, and it was only delivered by the 2nd of December. I called The Epicentre to follow up on my purchase on the 29th of November, and I had no follow-up from The Epicentre after that. The delivery courier insisted that an investigation can only be raised by the sender which is The Epicentre in this case, and I can do nothing about it. Utterly disappointed with this purchase, I am going to return this purchase as it has arrived too late.

I'm very sorry that your parcel was delayed but I understand that the driver was struggling to find your student accommodation address. Once we managed to clarify the location they finally managed to deliver. We haven't received the shoes back yet, but will refund promptly when they arrive.

Website said "Item In Stock" Ordered, paid, received the confirmation. Then received an email saying - out of stock - mistake on website. Website STILL says "Item In Stock" but now also says "Email Me When Back In Stock"??? Unreliable - avoid.

Hi I'm very sorry you were let down. We believe the jumper you wanted was removed from our shop during the first covid lockdown so we were unable to find it for you. It isn't showing on our website (marked as missing 1st December) so I think you must have found a cached page on Google (our website only shows items that our stock system believes to be in stock). Rest assured that you weren't charged for the order as we only charge your card when the order is processed. Many apologies for letting you down. Regards Sheila

Sent the wrong item, An XS instead of a XXL and the wrong colour, what really irks me is that I have to return the item at my own expense despite it being their mistake, why should I be out of pocket? I will never use this company again.

I went to collect my order and the lady said I was a stupid woman as they were going to post it out to me instead of me going in store to collect it. Not a very nice thing to say to a customer.. Very disappointed and unhappy with customer service. Will not shop here again!

I'm very sorry about this. There was some confusion about the order as you had let us know you were unable to collect it and would like it to be posted, so we did have to retrieve the parcel from the postbag when you arrived to collect it. I am very sorry you are dissatisfied with the service. As the order was placed on Friday evening you would have been advised while ordering that delivery was scheduled for Tuesday. Checking the Royal Mail tracking, I see that the parcel was delivered on Tuesday as promised. Regards Sheila

The delivery was really quick but really disappointed with the size of the product. Much,much smaller than expected. Not sure it will be of much use unfortunately- bought as a gift. Probably at best would fit a purse and mobile phone. :-(

I'm very sorry there appears to have been a delay between Heathrow and Dublin. This order was split into two parcels due to international weight limits and both parcels are out for delivery today according to the Anpost website Regards Sheila
