“I'm very pleased with my purchase. However the parcel arrived opened. I queried this with the delivery driver and he said 'It's OK we've checked it' 🤔 The jacket does appear to be in perfect condition. However it wasn't in any manufacturers packaging and the fact that it had been handled took the shine off my purchase. Obviously I don't know where it was opened but feel I can't give you 5 stars as the parcel didn't arrive in the condition I would expect”

“Ordered 2 pairs walking trousers in different sizes. Ordering was very easy and parcel arrived within 2 days. Returns also very straightforward. Have loved the trousers I kept - just back from a weeks walking in the Pyrenees and these were perfect - light, flexible, wind proof, comfy. I always visit the Ambleside shop when in the Lakes and found ordering on line just as great and easy an experience.”

“Visited the shop looking for some new walking shoes. Was the last shop I visited on the day, and was the only shop in Ambleside where someone actually offered to help me. Staff member was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t have time to buy in store but I did order from the website following my visit. Very speedy service and product arrived next day.”

“I like the fact that the female range isn't all pink! Good quality brands, with not too much choice, this is a positive as I find too much choice is overwhelming. Less is more in life! “I bought a item from epicentre that was too large. I returned using there return service and received a refund. Epicentre is easy to order from, very easy and hassle free to do a return. Your return is collected from your home. This is a free service. I received my refund quickly. I would purchase from Epicentre again. Trust their service its first class all around.”
