“I had called into the store in the Cotswolds and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . I'd seen an item that was a potential Christmas gift . I subsequently ordered it via the website and I was kept well informed as to its tracking and delivery date. It arrived well packaged . It was disappointing to see the item drop in price by 20% in the sale, but that's typical and it was my decision to purchase prior to Christmas, but I'd wait next time and see what's going on . I'd certainly buy from this company again”

“Absolutely fantastic service. Very helpful and knowledgable. Bought 2 pairs of boots as not quite sure on size. They arrives very quick and the refund for the pair I sent back was processed just as quick. Definitely recommend.”

“I ordered a voucher as a Xmas present after my partner loved the shop whilst we were in Ambleside a couple of months ago, ordering was easy. The voucher arrived quickly and I was kept up to date once dispatched. Can’t wait to see their face when they see it!”

“I was looking for a winter running hoody that was both light, windproof and of course water repellent. I decided on a Patagonia, Epicenter had the best deal, and their website was easy to use and my hoody arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. The hoody is what I needed and fits perfectly. I would recommend using this store and will myself.”

“Excellent service from the Epicentre, I saw from their very detailed website a great selection of Adidas Terrex trial shoes and left in my basket for quite a while and it was left there patiently while considering. Once decided i paid for the next day service ordering before 2pm and I received the shoes 10am the next day. Cannot do better than that.”

“The young guy who served us was fantastic, he took time to listen to what we wanted in walking boots and try and test different footbeds and styles. The only downside for me was being rushed and told they were due to close when we were still deciding on a significant outlay for boots. It nearly cost them the whole sale…….just the recognition of giving us a few minutes more rather than rushing the customer would have made the experience worth more.”

We are very sorry that you felt rushed. We close our boot room to new customers at 5pm to avoid this issue. This allows us to give our customers plenty of time before our shop is due to close at 5.30 and still allow our staff to leave at the end of their shift.
