“Bought a couple of arcteryx pieces from epicentre online . They were delivered very fast . One piece was fine but unforfunately one was too big . I returned it via theyre postage label and was refunded straight away . I will definately buy again from here . Great customer service and good prices”

“Ordered the wrong size on the internet. Rang the store and the correct the ordered immediately and the parcel was delivered the next day. Excellent customer service. Will use again definitely.”

“I ordered my product and it was here within two days, beautifully packed and the sports shoes were immacculate. This was the best priced retailer I could find and was surprised it was a retailer in the Lake District. They have a wide selection of very competitivey priced garments and will make sure I check this place out every time I shop as, as I say, getting your product in a short space of time is essential to me.”

“These guys are great. I recently bought a jacket from their store in Ambleside (which an amazing range of clothing and gear) and the staff team were very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to buy a second jacket online the day before leaving the Lakes and it was processed so efficiently that it beat me home! A great company and will shop here again - thank you!”

“Ordered a pair of trainers which I anticipated would be a fresh pair, unused. When delivered they had been a display pair, labels stuffed in the shoe rather than attached, shoes looked like they had just been shoved in the box and sent out. It would have taken nothing to have just tidied these up a little, a wipe of the soles, the laces tied or positioned better, some tissue in the shoes for support. But no. Equally, it would have been beneficial to both the customer and the business to have managed expectations by communicating in the first instance that this particular pair was either the last or display to save on return costs and disappointment.”

As we explained to you before you returned the shoes we are very sorry that you are disappointed in your purchase and can assure you that the shoes have not been worn outside. As a traditional shop as well as an online retailer these will have been tried on in our boot room which has a stone floor and may have picked up some dust and dirt then.

“I bought a voucher as a gift. I wasn’t happy with the delivery- I received notification to say they had tried to deliver on 2 occasions. I knew I wasn’t going to be in so left instructions for it to be left in a safe space. This was never used and I was told it had been sent to a post office as I had requested when I had not. It was with DPD It was delivered on the 5th day to a post office”

We are very sorry that there were problems with your delivery. Unfortunately deliveries are largely out of our control once they are in the hands of the courier, but if you had made us aware there was an issue we could have cancelled the voucher and resent a replacement by alternative means. It is now well over a week since you collected the parcel so we are unable are unable to offer any assistance. Many apologies for your inconvenience.

“Ordering from the Epicentre was easy,offering a reliable and secure service. The goods were delivered on time and well packaged. Unfortunately, the goods had to be returned due to a size issue and again this was a straightforward process ,explained effectively on the company returns policy procedure. I would certainly use Epicentre again and look forward to visiting the shop when next in the area. Excellent from start to finish,thankyou .”
