“I recently had the good fortune to purchase an Arcteryx jacket from these guys, I say good fortune because although I ended up returning it because it wasn’t suitable the entire returns process could not have been more efficient or user friendly. I probably would have benefited from calling in at the shop and that’s certainly what I’ll do the next time I make a similar purchase. Hand on heart I would recommend these guys to anyone.”

“Snapped up some bargains in the online Epicentre sale - pleased to see an outdoors shop that stocks the full range of sizes (most stop at a large). We always visit the store when in the area too and the staff are friendly and helpful. Delivery was quick and I’m very pleased with my new tops.”

“We visited the Epicentre today as my husband needed to purchase some insoles for his walking shoes. We went down stairs and was met by Sophie who could not be more helpful.Her wealth of knowledge on how people walk was amazing. I actually asked if she was physio trained. I have a scoliosis of the spine and struggle walking long distances without pain. She offered to show me on the machine how my walking stance was causing the pain and suggested I tried an insole to. The outcome was amazing I am really looking forward to testing them out on a walk. After 57 years of pain it was brilliant. I cannot recommend Sophie enough she is brilliant. Thank you so much.”
