“The Dressing Room is a delightful online shopping venue and I am sorry I do not live near to St Albans (perhaps better for my bank account). They are helpful and send your orders out swiftly. Unfortunately a recent online purchase did not suit me but I know I will be refunded promptly.Customer service is excellent and replies are prompt”

“At very short notice I booked a consultation to help me consider dresses I perhaps wouldn't normally choose for my son's wedding in June. We had a lovely hour spent trying on different styles, it was comfortable and informal and very helpful. I would highly recommend it, plus I found a dress which was very different to that which I imagined.”
