“Always a joy shopping at The Dressing Room: the sales team are super lovely and offer great advice and the range of brands is fabulous. Definitely somewhere to rely on for beautiful outfits (for occasions and every day) and for those little extra afterthoughts and accessories. 10/10”

“Ordered an item, by the following week it hadn’t arrived. Made contact, was informed that the item had been delivered and left behind my outdoor bins. On closer inspection the item wasn’t left at my bins but at another residence. Made contact again to seek assistance. Was promised a telephone call to resolve by close of play yesterday! Now heading into the weekend and no further (promised) contact from Dressing Room!!! Not impressed at all. Currently £239 Out of pocket. Very disappointing! Then feeeback requested - so here it is”

As a small team we have been working around the clock to process sale orders and have clearly dropped the ball by not contacting you with an update. “Extensive range of clothing, always changing, so never boring. Staff are always Polite, efficient and helpful, and online shopping is good too. However, having Said that, it is always a pleasure to visit the shop in person too.”
