“Great staff at the Dressing Room. They have been really helpful on the phone. The ordering and returns process is very smooth with refunds made straight after receipt of returned goods. I also really appreciate the £5 fixed return fee as the cost of postage when you go to the Post Office can be astronomical.”

“Arrived quickly, well packed and a beautiful Dea Kudibal blouse was just as described. I have only recently discovered Dea Kudibal and I'm very impressed with their attention to detail and materials used. I will definitely be visiting them again and The Dressing Room will be one where I'm sure to find another beauty.”

“I live in the US and had been searching to find a replacement pair of earrings that I'd lost. This store was the only one that had them. I wasn't sure if they could be shipped to me, so I emailed the store. Becky responded quickly and was so incredibly helpful. She set everything up and made it so very easy to process the transaction. This was truly the best customer service I've received from a retail store. I know for a fact that I would not have gotten this response and service in the US. I wish I lived in the UK so I could visit this store in person! Thank you Becky!”

“Excellent service. I bought a pair of jeans, before I bought them I chatted to Hannah on line as I had a few questions about the style and material. The jeans arrived very quickly and I was pleased with them. I often watch the instagram posts as they are very informative and give some inspiration.”
