“Again we have booked a further holiday with The Cruise Specialists for October this year, - again the service was first class as it has been the last few years we have made bookings with them. They are always our first 'port of call' when wanting to book a cruise knowing they will do their utmost to give us the best service and deal. The staff are number one our list for their genuine attitude to to be of service to you.”

“I have always dealt with the wonderful Neil Adamson. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. His advice is always first class and he has made everything smooth sailing for us. We have never made a request that he could not deal with in his totally efficient manner. A jem.”

“My son and I have been dealing with Stacey who handled our booking on on Oriana in October 2015, and is currently keeping in touch with us regarding our current cruise booking for Arcadia in October this year. Stacey has helped us all with any matters arising from when we first had contact. She couldn't do any more.”

“Friendly and informative response from Cruise Specialist consultant made it an easy decision to book my cruise through your company. There was no sales pressure and everything was clearly explained and confirmation via post as opposed to on line only. This is particularly beneficial for older clients who are not neccessarily au-fait with electronic communications. I feel as if I know Graham Walsh personally. Mr. M.S. Healey.”

“I have booked many cruises, through different cruise lines, with the Cruise Specialists as well as flights and hotel accommodation and have always been pleased with the attention to detail and the excellent customer service that I have received. The hotels that the company use for over night stops before and after cruises have always been in good locations and of a high standard. Private transfers have been organised with good quality private car companies and their service has been good. Staff are always polite and helpful answering queries quickly and in an effective manner.”

“when ever I have decided to book a cruise I turn to the cruise specialists.my last cruise was a 16 day cruise to Australia and New Zealand but the cruise was starting in Sydney so I asked Lisa if she could help with arranging hotels in Austrailia and flights.we then did our cruisewhich disemdarked in Aukland on New Zealands north island we spent some time in Aukland and surrounding area be fore returning home.my opinion is thar the Cruise specialists are a fantastic holiday company with the most wonderful staff very knowledgeable about all the cruise lines so you get the best deal.after my last cruise I booked for the whole family to cruise in the carribean.couldn't praise the staff highly enough”

“Booked a 7 day cruise through the Cruise Specialists and from the start they were extremely helpful. It was the first time I had been on a cruise and the lady I spoke to was well informed on the one I wanted to book, including the facilities each cruise line had to offer. Being able to have a cuppa as soon as I wake up is important to me and she was able to tell me which cruise line had tea making facilities in the cabin, I know this would seem trivial to some people, but is important to me. I was able to book a particular balcony cabin near to facilities that I needed. I received the confirmation within a few days which included baggage labels, cruise details and all the relevant paperwork. The seven day cruise was one of the best holidays I have taken and the Cruise Specialists Knowledge made the whole experience stress free. I will certainly be using them when I book my next cruise.”

“Over the past few years my husband and I have used the Cruise Specialists for most of our cruise bookings (sea & river). We always have personable, helpful and knowledgeable advisors on the 'end of the phone' and nothing is too much trouble. We are also kept well-informed, by post, regarding required information and changes to any schedules etc. As a result of this we have recommended this Company to fellow-cruisers whom we meet on our travels.
