“Cruises were good but the flights given to us every time we used you were terrible. No thought put in to the flight programs. Seems you were only interested in booking us on the cruise and it was too bad the flights did not tie up going there and coming back. Therefore we no longer wish to use your company to book cruises and we will go elsewhere. John D Brown”

“Easy to book and without any problems. Only let down was that they did not respond to correspondence via email but sent me an email over a few days later asking for final payment without responding to the original email.”
