“The service I have received from Cruise Specialists and especially Aileen over the last 5 years has been excellent. Aileen is professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and always charming to deal with. This year I experienced a small problem at the end of my cruise and, on my return, Aileen resolved this issue despite it being the cruise line's fault and not Cruise Specialists. I have already recommended the company , especially Aileen, to other people who have booked with the company and also been fully satisfied.”

“Have used Cruise Specialists many times and every aspect of the booking has been perfect. They book everything flights, transfers, hotels and cruise with perfection. They also remember my preferences for accommodation and meal arrangements. I would certainly recommend anyone to book a cruise with them.”

“Excellent Service,All the cruises we have booked with Cruise Specialists,have bean very well organised.Telephone calls are answered quickly.All the staff at Falkirk office have bean very good. We have very recently booked our sixth ? cruise,19 may 2016 on the Celebrity Equinox. There is a little queary about a variation of approximately £50.00 on the account, This will be resolved shortly. John Wilson.”

“Nothing is too much trouble and there is always a personal contact. I have used them for 4 cruises we have had in last two years. Another one next week and one booked for June 2016. Everything is done for you and they are reliable. Especially Lisa Paterson our advisor.”

“I always had first class service from Carolyn Russell , who would always go the extra mile to help me. Since she has gone I don't feel any personal service and get just as good service from Iglu, who are cheaper. It's a shame, because I have always booked my cruises with Carolyn , since I first started cruising. I have always felt the administration team have let the sales team down. The cruise Speialist website is not very good and instead of giving clear prices, often just asks us to call for a price.”

“Really helpful and pleasant staff. However the taxi didn't turn up at the dock (Barcelona) after our cruise very stressful trying to contact the taxi company. The hotel booked for an overnight in Southampton prior to a cruise was such a poor standard (different cruise from first example)”
