“We have always booked through Cruise Specialist and cannot fault them. Even when we were a large party that kept changing in size and requirements nothing was too much trouble, and in fact they had arranged some extras (escort from the ship to our hotel in Venice) that we were unaware of until arriving at our destination. Their attention to detail is unquestionable and you are always made to feel that you are their only client.”

“I used to deal with Dawn in the past who was most helpful but when she left I started to deal with William. He is always easy to talk to and ready to help, even when he hasn't an answer he is always willing to find out. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I would always recommend the Cruise Specialists.”

“We have booked with Cruise Specialists for a number of years and are very happy to keep coming back. We always deal with the same specialist she knows exactly what we like. Even if she is not at her desk when we ring we get a call back very quickly. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Why would we want to try anybody else when Cruise Specialists always provide a perfect service?”

“Cruise Specialists offer an excellent service, they are very efficient and very knowledgeable about the cruises they sell, nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is done in a most pleasant manner, I recently booked a future cruise with whilst at sea on the Celebrity Silhouette and had no problems what so ever getting in touch with them and their price was the best deal. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other cruisers.”
