“Hi in my opinion what is missing is you do not give instant prices on the different rooms available on a cruise. EG, i can get an instant price of iglu on any cruise i may be interested in without having to send e.mails off. regards”

“I would say 5 stars except the first receipt did not arrive, however this was quickly rectified when I phoned to enquire when we would receive confirmation of our booking. Kirsten is extremely helpful and has handled all aspects our booking exceptionally well.”

“We have used The Cruise Specialists for several years now. We have made most of our bookings through Carol who is very professional and efficient. The booking process is made easy and the follow up in regard to possible queries and the paper work coming through on time, is first class. The service is excellent and their prices are fair, we shall continue to use this company.”

“I have been on two cruises with P&O and i have just booked my next trip for 2016 can't wait i found the ships personnel staff always happy to help you also the waiters are quick with the food and cabin staff makes you welcome and keeps your cabins clean the tour around the ship and meeting the Captain on the bridge was was really interesting,Entertainment brilliant and different choices of meals,there's so much to see and do you don't get time to see every thing that is on board so thats why i go on the cruises to catch up on what i missed on the last one and the shore trips are brilliant”

“I have booked 4 cruises with Cruise Specialist and I cannot praise them highly enough. The staff are always very polite and helpful. I now only ever book through them, also you get a £50.00 loyalty bonus to use on your next cruise.”

“The customer service I have received over the last 10 years has been second to none. I have recommended friends and colleagues to speak to Lesley and she is always happy to help and, as a result, they now only use the cruise specialists. Lesley goes out of her way to make sure that everything is taken care of.”

“Lack of information about cruise excursions was a great disappointment as trips could not be booked without a surcharge being levied. A request for the brochure was not acknowledged or any recompense offered.”

“have dealt with cruise specialists on a few occasions now and will always contact them first for any future cruises we may decide to go on. The staff always go the extra mile to make sure we have the exact cruise for us, including overnight stays, transfers ect. Always very friendly and professional in all our contacts with them. Well done Cruise Specialists.”
