“Our trip li August was the first one we have taken with this company but I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the holiday. The ship was elegant and very comfortable, the staff were very efficient and the cruise directors on board were very pleasant and helpful. All in all cannot find anything wrong, so much so we have booked again for next year. Thank you to everyone concerned.”

“Our Cruise to the Greek and Turkish Islands was very enjoyable, so much so we may do it again in a few years time. No major problems, our main criticism would be the lack of sufficient seating in the buffet restaurant particularly at peak times. Also, insufficient tables for two. You don't always feel like talking to strangers particularly over breakfast! The table on our balcony was far too big in proportion to the very limited space available. My wife found the hair dryer in the bathroom far from satisfactory and needs updating. Staff generally were efficient, although there were some delays at clearing away previously used tables. The wines on offer were of a very good standard, and our glasses were kept topped up. Particularly like to mention the young lady who used to greet us for breakfast every morning. She always had a warm smile and was very pleasant Cabins were kept spotlessly clean and cabin staff were excellent. However Guest Relations, could do with putting on a smile and being a little more customer friendly. It was at times like visiting the Glums! Overall a good cruise.”

“I first started using The Cruise Specialists several years ago, and found the service lacking at that time. I went elsewhere. Following receipt an email I decided to try you again. That would be 5/6 years ago. The lady who dealt with my enquiry was Aileen Munro and her modus operandi was very impressive. Since that time, and whenever possible, I have contacted Aileen to book my cruises. In fact I have recommended friends to do the same and I know they have, and been very satisfied.”

“I have used The Cruise Specialists for a few years now. I have always been impressed by the knowledge and experience their sales people have about the different cruise companies. The staff are always most professional, helpful and understanding when talking to them and any return calls are made promptly. They have always given me a competitive price for the cruises and of course their £50 reward voucher is always very welcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to book a cruise. “Cruising is always wonderful. We have never needed to complain. Everyone is so lovely and just want you to be happy and have a great cruise. We do! The food is always brilliant and the shows are the best. We just love them. Thank you.”
