“I have used the cruise specialists before and would use them again.Everything went well apart from our pick up taxi at Venice which did not turn up on time.This was most unpleasant and stressful .We just caught our flight back but I ended up with a migraine after all the stress and phone calls to the taxi firm and arguments with the Venice taxi operators.I was one of many hassled people waiting for a booked taxi which didn't turn up.I would certainly not recommend booking a taxi in Venice!”

“My wife and I took a cruise from Perth to Singapore everything we asked for The Cruise specialist to do was done superbly keeping us informed at regular Intervals we could not have asked for more so much so we have booked our Next cruise in 2016 with them and I might say we have received the same Excellent service”

“The personal touch of finding a Cruise Specialist envelope on return home from hols is really nice. This is one of the reasons we opt to return to Cruise Specialists so as to book our cruises. And not forgetting to mention a £25/£50 voucher to spend on the next cruise.”

“On booking my recent cruise we had a problem with the flights . Royal Caribbean informed the Cruise Specialists after it was all booked up that we had to pay more to go on another airline. The Cruise Specialists agent who was taking care of my booking of 12 people stayed late and worked on it and worked on it the next day to ensure an outcome . The outcome I'm pleased to say is we are all going on an amazing Cruise next year paying the same price which was originally agreed . I always book with the Cruise Specialist as they are professional and really helpful”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Lorraine Young's help in finding our cruises. We didn't use your company this year as you couldn't quite match the price of the other cruise company. We did however regret this as the care was not the same.”

“I have always found the staff I have dealt with over the years to be friendly and most efficient. They have made my booking of my cruises simple and have advised me on methods of travel to join the ship effectively if these offered by the cruise company do not suit my needs.”
