As we are the Travel Agent, the costs that we quote are the cruise lines and not ours. “The Cruise Specialists have been making us happy for many years! The service and advice received is always first class. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is considering booking a cruise. Kirsten has just assisted us with our next cruise to Boston, New England and Canada on board Celebrity Summit. She has been exceptional in putting together the various elements, flights, transfers, pre cruise stay in Boston and in securing a stateroom in our preferred Aqua Class, when at one time it seemed that there was no availability. “We have booked our all our cruises and land holidays with the Cruise Specialist for a number of years. I have to say we have NEVER been disappointed. They really do deliver. They are quick to respond and the knowledge, efficiency, politeness and willingness to get the best possible price is second to none. A special mention to our consultant Aileen Robertson is paramount. She is always ready with a friendly chat and over the years I like to think we have become friends. She too was the only one to sort out our completed cancelled covid cruises efficiently and organised all our refunds. Nothing is too much trouble for her and I would give her 6 stars if that was possible. Thank you”

“Our Consultant was Ailenn Munro/Robertson. She provided us with a really good deal for the whole cruise and holiday experience. She was always available via email to answer any questions or deal with any issues. She always responded very quickly and always resolved our question. Even when we see on the actual holiday. She was always very trustworthy, Polite, courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . The quality of everything she booked was first rate. I would definitely use the company and Aileen again. A great experience from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry about anything.”
