“An absolute pleasure dealing with Tge Cruise Specialists . My first contact was to Aileen by telephone after explaining my rights I was promised a quote in 20-30 minutes by email and true to her word it duly arrived. Aileen is a Fri pro from start to finish over a total of 12 days our holiday was all wrapped up every question answered above all absolutely no pressure from the company or Aileen Highly recommended .”

“Would thoroughly recommend for booking have booked with them several times now and the service is always first class. Pricing and support I have always found brilliant. Special mention of Aileen who has helped me book several cruises now. She is a credit to the company, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This is my go to company for booking cruises.”

“Never worry about putting your trust in The Cruise Specialists as they will never let you down. That has been my experience every time I have used them and that is many. Special thanks to Neil Adamson who has ensured all our cruises are taylor made to our wishes and where there has been a hic cup he has been there to steer us through. “A great price. An effortless booking experience with Kirsten. She sorted everything out for us. We have also spoken to Jackie, Stuart and Leanne and they all go to great lengths to give us all of the answers to any questions that we might have. They generally beat all other cruise company’s prices. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other cruisers and would always consider them in front of all of the other companies offering cruises.”

“Whenever I find a cruise I want to go on they can always match, ( or beat if you have a loyalty voucher,) the price. If f they only match the price it will be with a better cabin. We would recommend the cruise specialists to anyone and particularly Leanne Baille, who goes above and beyond to make the booking, and after sales service, as hassle free as possible.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from Kirsten Pritchard. We have just booked our cruise through Kirsten and we were so impressed with her customer service, expertise, hard work and kindness. Kirsten replied to all of our queries very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt she genuinely wanted to find the best cruise she could for us and she was so lovely to chat with and offered excellent advice! We feel very happy and secure knowing we have Kirsten to reach out to as our cruise date approaches. Thank you Cruise Specialists and especially to Kirsten ☺️”

“The Cruise Specialists gives all its customers excellent service from start to finish. I cannot empathise enough how much we appreciate your customer care. We have dealt with Aileen Robertson for 13 years now and her help , friendliness and dedication to her customers goes above and beyond customer satisfaction and job description. Have recently booked 2 more cruises through Aileen and she has recently managed to secure another ticket for an excursion for a party member. Have enjoyed so much our wee blether together when we contact her. Always so friendly and a good listener. Any query or enquiry Aileen sorts out so satisfactorily and makes us feel nothing is to much trouble, not that we have many query’s, all bookings made through her are faultless. Please pass on our feedback to her. A real credit to your team. Pricing is excellent from the Cruise Specialist, very good and most times lower than than advertised with other companies. Only needed a refund once thankfully and that was dealt with quickly and most professionally. Excellent service all round will be our pleasure to give you our custom for as long as we are able to cruise.”
